If I could give zero stars I would. First I ordered for delivery and when my food finally came, it was missing the bread sticks so the delivery boy apologized and told me he asked whoever got the food ready if everything was all there and was told the whole order is ready. He then began to tell me this happens to him all the time and that he always asks if the whole order is there. Apparently this store has issues with getting people their whole order for delivery. So I then call the store only to get the cs center and when I told the rep the store forgot part of my order, I then got transferred to the store. The boy answered the call and I said hey y’all forgot part of my order he then put me on hold and transferred me to the front. I then got hung up on. So I called back and got the run a round with cs. I ended up going to the store and this is where it gets interesting, I asked to speak with the manager on duty. A guy with dreadlocks comes up to the counter and asked what I wanted very rudely I told him I would like a refund for the part of my order y’all forgot he then proceeds to yell at me telling me I was being rude because I asked for the manager and asked for my money back all the while he was screaming at me not letting me even talk, explain or anything else and when I told him I am not being rude by saying thank you and just give me a refund as there was 2 other customers in the store while he was yelling at me trying to see if I would come out of character and get ugly just like him and when it wasn’t working he got even louder as I was just saying thank you and give me a refund. Very unprofessional and doesn’t have customer service skills and lacks management skills as well. I wish I would’ve gotten his name because he should be fired talking to and treating a customer like that all over due to they messed up and tried to blame the customer and didn’t think I would come up there. Also the girl that did the transaction was rude and unprofessional all of the employees on Sunday 7/6/2025 they all should be fired laughing as I walked out the door disgusting service and will never be ordering from them again very very very unprofessional

Now friends, After a long day of work and school some of us want some take out right quick. I thought okay let’s get pizza to feed the family. We placed an order for a L simple pepperoni and a M. Simple okay? We waited and the magnificent delivery delivery oh she delivered. What was delivered was a pizza who had a seizure, no she wrestled it, no she backed up with her tire on it, no sat on it. Now we paid almost 50!!!! I can’t make this ish up. PLEASE MR/MRS manager check yo staff!!! If they are having a bad day just send them home. Clock out and call it a day. Thank you I will not be returning. I should of got Raising Canes

When I detailed the windows of this Pizza Hut, I noticed the employees operating like it was a QT gas station. I know I have never had an issue with this location and the last time I ordered pizza here for take out, it was being boxed up as I was walking in. Does anyone else feel like they’re a ninja turtle when they eat at Pizza Hut? Anyways, it’s always been a pleasure doing business.

I ordered online and my food was delivered way later than the expected delivery time. Pizza looks thrown together, THEY FORGOT MY WINGS AND I HAD TO PAY DELIVERY FEE ONCE THE FOOD GOT HERE. THE FEE SHOULD HAVE BEEN WAIVED CONSIDERING THE APP DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR IT UPON CHECKOUT. THIS THE 2ND TIME I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION WITHIN THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS-IT WON'T BE A 3RD

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD. This place is literally trash. I do not say that lightly. I should have took a picture of the pizza they tried to give me at first. It was so bad The worker Neah opened it up and took it back for remake. I kept trying to call to place order these employees answer the phone and automatically put you on hold and leave you there. They don't say anything. I asked why and was told because they were so busy. Not. You had employees sitting back there on they phone. But no one can answer the phone is UNACCEPTABLE.

Pizza hut forgot my wings. So I told them to just send them over. They had to send another deliver person. I guess they hated that so they made my wings super hot. It was the best wings I ever had from there. What's that recipe guys?! Sooooo good! I want that kinda energy everytime!
