I saw the chicken sandwich deal online and thought it sounded good. When I looked them up Google has the Arlington location (the only one in Tarrant county) as temporarily closed. Upon reading reviews, I see another customer posted something similar 6 months ago only they stated it is permanently closed. Does anyone have clarification on this? The company posted replies for other non stellar reviews but, there is no remarks from them on the permanently closed review. I have no desire to waste my time or gas to drive several miles to discover it is closed. A little help from the company would go a long way.

This location is permanently CLOSED. As of April 2023, when I went there to eat their yummy empanadas, all signage had been removed from the building. Hopefully, the company - based in Dallas - will consider another location in Arlington. My husband absolutely loved their chicken! The location on Cooper Street,NNW of the Parks Mall was not convenient for us. How about one closer to Hwy 360 and I-20?

I went through the drive-thru around 1:00 on a Monday. There was one car ahead of me but it took 15 minutes to get my food. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, fries, mango drink. The mango drink is very sweet and syrupy. The sweetness really overpowers the mango flavor. The fries were very hot and very crisp but they had no seasoning or salt. The sandwich was also hot, crisp and juicy. I ordered the spicy version but there was no spice in that sandwich. Also there was no sauce of any kind. It was bun, pickles, fried chicken and ,like the fries, it was bland. This is my first time here and I might be back to check out the empanadas, but I'm not in any hurry.

I,walked in to this location about 10:20am to try the food out for the first time. I, went to the counter to order. I,noticed no one at the counter, then I,noticed no other customer's were in the dining area, but there were at least 6 employees eating in the dining area. I,waited two minutes and not one employees acknowledge me as a customer. So, I left and walked over to Raising Canes Chicken next door. They greeted me and my meal was out pretty quick. I,guess they like my business more,I,was on my lunch break. ☹️1/12/23.

The flavor of the chicken is so good, the peaces are a bit small but the flavors and the options are really good!

I've been waiting for 30 minutes and no one is pushing orders out for walk-in customers. Employees are just hanging out in the kitchen.

Some of the worst chicken I’ve ever had in my life it was ice cold and tasted like it was only seasoned with pepper than fried even the chicken nuggets were unedible first time trying it and definitely the last time

Thought this place was great! But what really blew me out of the water was their aguas frescas! So refreshing! And they even got the big cups that are the only way to have them!!! On a hot day, y'all have GOT to come out here!

I have fond memories of pollo campero. Abuelita will ask us grandkids what we wanted her to bring us from Guatemala and we'd beg for Pollo Campero and their sweet ketchup. I was STUNNED to find a pollo campero in this city, both my mom and I knew we had to check it out. We bought the 12 pz leg and thigh fried chicken and it didn't disappoint. So good! I hope one day they bring to the states the classic pollo campero ketchup.
