One of the thing I HATE is that if I ordered online 30 mins before is for my order to be ready. When I showed up they have run out of some of the order I choose. I mean you need to separate and RESPECT CUSTOMERS ORDERS for some reason y’all have a Mobile Order App. This is unacceptable!!

The burritos here are insane. They taste so good, I highly recommend the asada, it is cooked to perfection and very tender. Enjoy your food here, I know I did.

Been here 20Minutes and still waiting. The speaker is not working on the drive through so they have a girl with a tablet walking the drive through line. She doesn’t speak English so she can’t take our order. We wait. Gotta wait to order at the window? just like the truck in front of us. Oh! Out of stuffed baked potatoes!! Bad night for this place.

Waited nearly 25 minutes just to order at the drive through With only one person ahead of me there speaker not working so taking longer for them to take orders and I asked the lady at the window why’s it taking longer she said they handle the customer that order in the inside first then window

They forgot to put avocado in my torta and its burn ,so disappointed.So update . They’re gotten better at making the food . Tortas no longer burn, still they’re very stingy on the tomatoes and avocado . Literally a tiny slice of each . Not worth the price . Like you expect your food to have everything . Also they have put fliers on the window !!! So i can not see them make my order and it makes me feel uncomfortable. Like they spitting on food or something. !! They really need to remove that . Also cashiers need to have better service always have an attitude . P.s i am always nice and expect the same especially when I’m buying food .

This place is awesome! I placed a last minute large order on 11/23 at 8:30 am to be picked up by 11 am. I was panicking because it was a large order for my workplace and one place had already cancelled on us (not pollo regio) they had my order ready on time. Not only that but the portion was great the packaging was great they literally had everything perfect. And best of all everything was at a great price for the amount of food we received. I will definitely be using them in the future for our lunch needs!

Worst food and service I’ve ever had. I had to repeat my order three times to three different people. No one seemed to understand their own menu. Once home I discovered half my order was missing. The food itself was terrible. Chicken was dry & bland, steak was tough, flautas were hard and dry (maybe like the turkey In Christmas vacation?). Would never go there or recommend this place to anyone!
