Someone had spilled a drink in front of the cash register which had dried up. There were paper towels on the floor in the front of the cash register. Two employees were sitting in the dining room and both ignored the paper towels and nasty floor

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this one is well deserved. I asked for boneless wings with sauce on the side, which was reflected in the receipt. Instead, I got bone wings dipped in sauce. Customer service was poor - do not recommend.

My first time coming to this location and first they were short on staff and my order that i asked for was given to me wrong. I got home and looked at my order and it was wrong. I asked for half spicy half regular. I also asked for a cherry pie that i mentioned twice and it was not even in my receipt.
Also i had asked the cashier specifically that i wanted more rice and little beans on my side and i got the total opposite. I will not be coming back here.

They Close the store early way before time when the store supposed to close for 12 o’clock, couldn’t get no boneless chicken nor I couldn’t get a two-piece or three-piece combo. The manager see me at the window didn’t come to the window. The YoungBoy this was taken orders came to the window and told me you ain’t see the line we don’t have enough chicken to feed us Remind you close at 12 don’t have enough chicken to last the rest of the night. It was 10:30pm when I got there. They standing around doing nothing. I got to the window at 11:18.

Every time I come to this location I seem to have a problem.I called this location a total of 9 times before I even placed my order and the phone just rang and rang. I placed a pick up order over the app and hour before close and I went to pick it up and I get to the window and they’re asking me if I placed it for their location… The guy at the window was acting like they couldn’t see my order. Finally HE REPEATS my order to me. After a few minutes I finally was handed my order. Now at this time it’s now 12am it’s closed as I’m leaving the drive thru. I look in my bag and I guess they still decided to give me whatever they wanted or what was left for the night. I’m absolutely frustrated. Don’t come to this location. THEY WILL DISAPPOINT YOU!
