Staff is very rude. It’s never a pleasant experience. Everyone keep a friend like they don’t wanna serve you and that’s all the time you could be having a good day go in there. They’re sure to ruin it.

Employees do not pay attention to what they’re doing. This is the third time I order classic chicken tenders.
And once I take off and open the box, they had given me the spicy tenders. Third time that this happens.
This time I ordered the 12 tenders and even told the guy at the drive through to make sure they’re NOT the spicy ones. I paid $46.53.
He said yes, they’re not spicy. Got home with the food, with my 3 hungry kids. Tired from work.
And guess what? They gave me all spicy tenders.
Went back to get a refund, and the manager said she couldn’t give me a refund bcs I didn’t had a receipt. Why would I have the receipt if I trusted the drive through guy.
I had the card and the transaction in my bank account to show her. And still, no refund.
She changed them for the classic tenders.
Just praying she gave the right ones this time.
Never again am I going to this place again.
Worse experience ever. Waste of time and money!
Go to cane’s instead.

They gave me spoiled coleslaw that was even off in color and mac n cheese that looked old and had an awful after taste. I refused to eat either one. I called their restaurant a few times on 2 different days for a refund or remake but they never answered the phone. I'm going to stay away from this location for sure.

And to the automated response they'll leave about discussing it with their team, that doesn't rectify the wasted money people are spending for old or spoiled food. They should be willing to make it right. As far as I'm concerned it's a form of stealing. You took money but didn't provide the goods or service.

Ordered my food off door dash 2hrs before this location closed but didn’t receive my food at all. Y'all don’t close until midnight and u telling me you couldn’t make my food. Two dashers back to back went to that location waiting for my food for about 30 mins and still didn’t get nothing.
