Good food, good service. There's puddles, due to AC leaks.

I’m a food reviewer, and I recently visited this establishment. My experience was quite disappointing. The food was “okay,” but the customer service was abysmal. My cashier, Valentina, was particularly rude and unhelpful. I believe she should be replaced, especially for the drive-thru. I don’t recommend this location. Please read the reviews; no one would leave a negative review if they were satisfied.

They took 15 minutes to give me my food despite being the only one in the drive thru. Then the bread was stale so you could tell it had been sitting for a while.

This the worst popeyes ever, no one ask what do you want or serve you, no one at the country more than 10 mins, all the employees in the kitchen and doing nothing, they look at the customers and not even asked wht do u need, they said 4 mins order will be ready and it turns to be 30 mins, it is even order through grubhub ahead by 20 mins, so more than an hour waiting time

I ordered two 2 piece meal with 3 jalapeños with Dr. Peppers. I get home to 1 big box with 1 breast. The drive thru person didn't give me a receipt. I had to drive all the way back and them they asked me for a receipt. I was very upset. Just worked 5 12 hour shifts straight and the family is hungry. The cashier said I'm sorry, I'll give you some extra chicken. I said I thanks, but when I look in the box.... nothing extra for the children.

I went through drive thru and they charged me for the wrong order than expected me to pay for my order after messing up my ticket on top of that all the food was spilled in the bag as well!!! This Popeyes horrible service!! Don’t recommend going here!!!

The location that I went to it was a lot of youngsters that were there. They really don't care about the food that they're making or your attitude if it's not right who was okay typical Popeyes Chicken Little and very greasy. When you have a taste for it, you have a taste for it and the red beans and rice are always good. It's OK thou.

I was just here and ordered the combo bacon cheese chicken sandwich. Never seen it before, so was excited to try it. Well it had no bacon.

I also tried to order a surf and turf box and the worker kept saying other meals so I just gave up on getting that ordered. I called to let them know what happened and it just rings and hangs up after a while. I need a refund for at least the difference.
