How ugly they treat people, I just went here and what an ugly way they have to serve, the service person couldn't tell us that it was somewhere else to serve or at the correct window, Nobody deserves to go to this place to be treated like this, monitor the cameras at 9:29-9:31 today 03/11/3025. The girl never showed her face and the schedule said they closed at 11:00

Ordered at 6:11, received at 6:43. Order was wrong and missing fries. DO NOT USE THE APP. They do not start making it until you get there (waited 8 mins at empty counter before they could even check me in). Food was fresh once we finally got it.

Horrible customer service and management. Manager saw me pulling into the parking lot and as I was walking up one of the girls ran to the lobby doors and locked both doors. They still had a whole hour till closing time. This store needs more professional management

The 2 young girls that work in there are very rude and unprofessional. One told me that they were out of chicken. When I got to the window, the young man told me that there was chicken, and she must have been confused. I've received dried out and ( cut in half) miss cut thighs. I made an order last week, and the young lady told that they were only taking cash. Tonight I was told there were no chicken sandwiches. I ordered tenders and had to ask for napkins, sauce, and honey. The tenders were small and dried out. There is always an issue. Tonight will be my last visit.

I just happened to buy Popeyes at the driver and the service that the lady gave me was very bad 🤬 I think that personal problems are never confused with work, I think it would be different if she behaved like that if I was ordering food
But on the contrary I want to buy I hope they can correct that oh at least change staff because if you follow no one it will make you want to buy in that place

Very bad service they had only one customer and they made her wait for fries. Ami, they looked at me and didn't want to serve me, I just asked about the turkey and they said you can cook it... I wonder why they have 5 people if they don't know how to serve me.
