Alejandro has got to be the most rude person in service I’ve met. They had a BOGO posted but he refused to honor it in the drive thru, with no explanation. Told me to get out my car and come in, after I told him I was unable to, he gave a bunch of excuses for why I had to. After a car behind me pulled off, he started throwing insults at me and threatening to call the police. I told him I wanted an apology or refund both he denied but tried to take the food back.
After insulting me and slamming the window on me, he had the nerve to bring up how God is watching, as if he wasn’t the aggressor. He’s lucky I don’t flood my the web with the video of him acting a plum fool, but corporate will be getting it. And my bank will be going after my refund.

Couldn’t let me know they were out of tenders before putting a single boneless wing in my 2 wraps… went back to get it fixed because there was so much space, all tortilla and a tiny piece of chicken. They finally told me the second time around they were out of tenders and they could fill it to be equivalent to a tender, why couldn’t they do that the first time?
I’ve ordered bogo wings here many times yea holy at night. Went around lunch time today to order the same thing and was told by manager that it was impossible and only available online. The manager was so very rude about it. There is a post about him with his picture. I pulled out a receipt from a few days ago showing that we ordered it previously at this location. They had us pull up to the window to explain this and told us to pull into a parking spot to order online. We said sure thing and I proceeded to put away the old receipt before pulling off and he came back to the window and rudely demanded we go park in the parking lot. I don’t get why there are so many post about him yet he still is employed here.

weird experience here….. app wasn’t working needed help from employee from drive through to place order …he placed it at the window and when I got my food they forgot 3 items from my order….humans make mistake so I went back inside and just showed them receipt and food that they didn’t give me all of my food……went back to my car waiting for the food and they later brought it…..mind you when I left I had been there for 45 minutes already just waiting on the food…..i got home and took my meal out the bag and left the rest of the food for my family and when eating I realized a chemical taste on my sandwich and than my mom came in my room saying they gave us legs and thighs when we ordered chicken tenders and the drinks were all watered down…I had everyone in my family taste a bite of my sandwich and they all said the same thing of the chemical taste and my mom went up to the restaurant to take the food back that they got wrong and my sandwich for tasting bad…..when my mom spoke with them they basically said it was my fault for not checking the food was correct and we should have brought it back up there right away……….mind you my mom called 6 times before that and no one answered……why should I have to check to make sure the food that your responsible for preparing and making sure everything is in the bag before you send it out….. and the crazy part is the gentleman that helped me had admitted that i asked for the tender meal and he accidentally pressed the wrong button and that it was his fault he knew that i wanted tenders……AND THE MANAGER STILL SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT CHECKING….. ……she also told the other employee “see I told you shouldn’t have helped her” referring to him helping me with the app and than placing a order in the drive through window…..so are they not supposed to help customers??? My mom was also disturbed how the young boy employee was being touchy with the lady manager who was arguing with my mom as if they were together and he was trying to “calm” her down and made my mom think that the lady did purposely do something to my sandwich because she did say out her mouth that when I went back in the second time saying I was missing food that she was the one who made it….so now I’m thinking she put something in my food out of jealousy or something whatever weird thing they got going on it’s just frustrating cause time was wasted and money was wasted as they only offered a $25 dollar refund for a $60 order that was disgusting and cold and watered down drinks and possibly tampered with food.

Terrible customer service by the Manager the employee literally admitted to placing the wrong order and having my daughter wait out there for 45 minutes for her food because they forgot to give her two chicken sandwiches and a order of fries. instead of placing a combo order of chicken strips he did a family size meal that cost a lot more And charge her for another drink. We ended up getting actual chicken leg and thighs and breast instead of chicken tenders. When I got home and my daughter got home, we realize the food was wrong. The drinks were melted all water down . She was sitting there for almost 40 minutes waiting on her food my youngest daughter had two pieces of that chicken . I went up there, returned the food that was messed up, which was the family size chicken that we didn’t even order. The lady got upset and started telling me that it was my daughter‘s fault for not checking the Food, even though he Took the order at the drive-throughand he admitted to placing the wrong food order .she said it was my daughter’s fault for not checking the receipt, but we checked everything we got home and took it back after trying to call the store like 5 times and no one answered . She placed the order about 8:20 PM. She didn’t get home until about 9:21 PM. The place is about 10 minutes away from us and I didn’t go up there till about 10 PM and I didn’t literally get home till about 10:45 PM she literally argue with me and didn’t wanna give me a refund and to finally she only gave me $25 back and she said that was all she could do that. I had to go up there and speak to the regional manager or the next day. On top of that, the guy that took my Daughter‘s order the manager was telling him it was your fault. I told you not to help her. How are you not gonna help someone in the drive-through in their place in an order he started placing his hands on her shoulder, acting a little too affectionate. She was sounding like she was jealous of my daughter. Everything was just so unprofessional, and the employee was pretty young, and the lady was older, which was a manager, and it seemed like they were having some type of relationship and I think that was very unappropriate. My daughter’s sandwich that she received tasted disgusting like some type of chemical taste. My husband and I tasted it and spit it out . She stated that she made all the food and nothing was wrong. We only received 6 piece when it was supposed to be an eight piece tenders and which we didn’t get the tenders. She stated she knows she gave us a 8 piece . I said the same way you forgot to give my daughter two chicken sandwiches and a fries when you took out her order. I have the phone calls and the text messages and the receipt and she literally waited for 45 minutes for her food. She waited like 20 minutes to get her food originally and like another 25 minutes just to get the chicken sandwiches they forgot after they gave her her food. Out of a $61 order she gave me $25 back that is it and we ate 2 sandwiches and a fries and the wings out of all that which only came out to $21 , she says they have cameras and I hope they do so they can see how the guy and the manager were being very unappropriate with each other while I was there . It was very unprofessional for an employee to be put in his hands on his Manager rubbing her shoulders and her being upset at him for helping my daughter at the drive-through .It seemed more like a jealous thing now it makes me think that she put something in her food . because the manager was upset and that’s very unprofessional. I will be contacting corporate. Fyi wasn’t the only that came in at that time complaining.

I'm not sure why the reviews are so low. I ordered a 16 piece bucket, 3 different sides and 2 chicken sandwiches in the drive thru. It probably took 5 minutes from getting in line to leaving with my food. It tasted amazing and looked prepared just as well. Definitely recommend

Whomever this man is he was rude as all get out. All I did was ask about an order and then I proceeded to ask how long the wait would be so I could inform the customer he then proceeded to yell at me saying that if I can’t be patient then just cancel the order. All I asked was a simple question. I’m not sure if the other lady is going to complain but she asked for a new piece of chicken because the bone on her chicken was rotten and there was no way possible she could eat it. He proceeded to get very disrespectful and say that we don’t sale turkey legs we sell chicken and that black people are always complaining. When I asked for the district manager he stated that he was the district manager. This is by far the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. I wish I could give 0 stars for his behavior
I try not to visit this location because every time I go my order is wrong. I mean who works at a chicken restaurant and don’t know the difference between white meat and dark meat? I ordered a 2pc dark which is what I always order. Been at least 3 months since I been to this location because of messed up orders before. But today I was too tired to drive to the other location near pioneer and cooper…I should’ve followed my first mind. Boom order wrong again. I came back to get my correct order manager did not greet me had to have the young guy from drive thru (he was great) translate what I needed to the manager. I asked for a corporate number because she gave no apology especially since she was the one who is boxing the orders. She got super pissed when I asked for her name and her supervisor name. Yes I would like someone to contact me about this location. Funny thing is I have NEVER left a review on any restaurant because I too am a restaurant manager so I get it but the disrespect I can’t let go. Close them down or get better workers like the guy working the drive thru I should have gotten his name. At this point let him be the manager!!!

Chicken cold biscuits hard awful
This is the worst Popeyes that exist. And If you ask for fresh chicken, they will call the cops on you. They are not professional at all.

This was my first time eating here since I've been to Texas. Absolutely will never go back. Our food was not fresh. My husband eats here often and said he has never eaten their food that tasted like it did today. He was embarrassed that he suggested it. I went inside after having a couple of fries we go in the drive thru that were cold. The manager came around the corner saying how can I help you baby? I was shocked to hear that first of all but shared about the fries being cold. He asked me to give him 3 minutes and he'd get me more. It's like he put them in the microwave or something because the replacements weren't hot either. While I was waiting, another customer came in saying he was missing part of his order too. Definitely won't return. Popeyes ain't like it use to be back in the day.
