I was warned about this location but I didn't believe it. They proved the hearsay true. If only I'd double-checked my bag before leaving. I asked for 2 orders of French fries and one order of coleslaw. Instead, I ended up with 4 containers of coleslaw and no fries. My receipt showed exactly what I ordered. I should have listened to the warning. If I had the receipt, that would be what my photo would be of.

These wings were so suppose to be bbq. They were horrible!!!!! The lady who was the manager stayed on the phone while getting my order together. I've visited this location previously and it horrible but I thought who can go wrong with wings. They were also dry!!! I will never return to this location.

My son has worked there for a month and they still haven't paid him...I've reached out to corporate but they are a joke who never reaches out to you...I have now filed a claim with the Texas state attorney general's office. I have also filed a claim with the Texas Workforce commission. I have also filed a claim with the United states department of Labor (who told me that they are going to open a claim on Monday that will involve a 2 year audit of their payroll and wages practices, not to mention an on-going investigation into the criminal non-payment case). My attorney says to give the state a chance to respond and then she will represent me in a criminal labor and wages dispute....I now do not endorse the Popeye's brand at all...and their food sucks anyway...but my next step is to wage an all out war on that store and its current indifferent management....I hate their brand...and now their commercials turn my stomache as well...their Manager Gloria is the one on my list the most...I will be bringing up that indifferent Manager at every turn. I also believe she is racist and will be seeking an investigatiion into that too. Other employees have told me enough about her to get this thing cracking. I've spent all day on the phone and on the internet setting the stage for this....and do you know how you can tell that the owners don't care???....because if you read the negative reviews you will see that not one negative review has been responded to...not even an attempt to make a single negative review right by the customer....I now have a new favorite past time....doing what I can to get a response from someone in charge up there other than Gloria's useless ass....the owners clearly don't give a damn...it's only about the money to them...screw the customers....avoid this Popeye's at all cost....in fact, avoid them all...sh*t rolls down hill and starts at the top...this must be indicitive of their infrastructure...they have no real leadership...Popeye's is a second rate mickey mouse operation that needs to go forever into the "remember when popeye's chicken existed" files.
Oh No You Don't
Felix/Service was a 6. Straight forward answers as to what chicken was fresh, offered sample to satisfy inquiry. I wanted the spicy but most importantly I want it hot. Hot regular no problem, I could be to particular with this location and I didn’t have to wait. Very impressed with this young man taking his job serious enough to address customer satisfaction. I have been to this location previously and vowed not to return but after returning from a 6h road trip and cowboys are about to play surely today had to be better and glad to say it was. Thank you Felix for not allowing me to leave disappointed. Management please treat Felix right and build you customer service around Felix in order raise your store above the 2.4/5 review.
If you’re getting any wings with sauce either get extra sauce before u leave or check your order cause they definitely gonna short u on the sauce if I order BBQ WINGS I expect every wing sauced up not half a$$ to were they look like regular hot wings…. They definitely need to get it together I’m spending my money I expect to get exactly what I paid for.

Bad service I waited for the girl to give me some packets of honey for a long time because she was taking orders and she said to wait for her until she was free but for that my food was already cold and I didn't eat it she had to go to the trash thanks for the bad service I will never go here
