had to wait for my 6:30 pickup (a 4 piece chicken) for nearly 40 minutes. probably under circumstances out of the employee’s control, food was great, but damn!

Just spent $50 here and they messed up the entire order after I repeatedly asked and make sure what they had was correct. The receipt was correct but the entire order was wrong and even missing food. After waiting 20 minutes when I was the only person in line.

The guys name is Alex.

I'm not sure what the nice guy that takes the drive thru orders name is, but he is very professional, kind spirit, and friendly. The food was hot and fresh both times I went and I hope it continues to stay that way, because we drive a nice ways just to come to this store. ONLY thing I'm disappointed in, is that popeyes discontinued the shrimp menu for 2026. But I will recommend this location because it's very clean even the parking lot and drive thru.

Went through drive thru and my order was hot and fresh!! Didn’t wait but just a few extra minutes. The drive thru service was very pleasant and was exceptionally friendly and wanted to fulfill my requests with nothing but eagerness!! Love it when they treat the customer with highest and kindest respect!!

I drive from a neighboring city to frequent this particular location. The chicken is always hot and done right. I love it when I'm offered honey for my biscuit. Yes, honey!

Great food, (chicken was fresh and hot. Biscuits were hot and buttery) and the service is phenomenal. I had the opportunity to speak with the manager, who was so accommodating and very personable. I'm about 7miles from this Popeyes, (there's one about 5- 7minutes from me, but I choose this store because of the food and service.
