Hi Popeyes, since you don’t have a corporate feedback mechanism, this poor store has to be the victim of my 1-star review. This review is for your corporate presence as I’ve never been to this particular store.

I grew up in New Orleans and so was raised on Popeyes. My father would sometimes treat my very large family to a nice Popeyes dinner when we had events that would disrupt normal meal plans or on a special occasion. I loved it from the start, and always have. The love affair started in the 70s and has been going strong since then. It was my go-to fast food place.

Things have changed, though, and I’m afraid we must part ways. I understand that prices rise over time, even though I think the current inflation period has a lot more to do with corporate profit-taking than reality. The last time I bought a 3-piece chicken meal, it cost me $17. This meal is the same as it always has been-three pieces of chicken, a side and a biscuit. For $17, I just done see the value anymore, particularly since I can go to my local Kroger and get 8 pieces of decent chicken for $9. I would pay $9 for your chicken, but $16? It’s too much.

Now I have to buy the cheap chicken, which is pretty good, and dash it with cayenne and loads to of hot sauce. It’s not the same, but it will do. In the meantime, I’m sure folks will continue to pay your exorbitant prices and not bat an eye, but I’m getting into my crotchety years and am starting to complain about things like this.

Good luck to you, as I don’t want a world without Popeyes, but I would like a world where you charge a reasonable amount for what is after all just chicken.

#THEY CAN COOK
Idk if it was because it rained lol or what but our first time and it was just a pop in because we was waiting on pizza to go w our wings BUT POPEYES
had it going on we sat and ate there and realized everything was freshly cooked as order without no rudeness and it was cute so y'all kn that be a plus especially when nobody knows your or what you're doing while visiting and they passed without expecting and we never planned on taking pic nor a review but when we or I walk into a establishment I promise #its the employees respect and the gracious customer service they provide is what make us take TIME to want to share with the world 🌎 on that day that made you feel good about your surroundings at times Ijs 😜🙃😇🥰

The food is always fresh and the service is friendly and fast. I LOVE my biscuits dark, almost burned. They ALWAYS indulge me and I get to enjoy the BEST biscuits every time.

I did a mobile order. The app came to this location because the location that is on Cooper and SW Green oaks was horrid. But this location is fairly new. I just came through the drive-thru. They were very sweet even for it being this time of night. The chicken was hot. It was fresh so were the fries and the biscuit. The biscuit wasn't hard as a break. It was soft and fluffy . It's not really out of my way but it's a bit farther from my house than the other one is, but it is totally worth it

Hi everyone! My visit to the Popeyes on South Cooper was awesome! I submitted my order online. First, I went to the restroom, and let me tell ya, it EXCEEDED my expectations! The restroom was clean, stocked with products, and most of all they offered air dry AND paper towels! After washing up, I returned to the counter where David assisted me. I told him the name on the order and he began preparing it immediately. My food is hot and fresh, with all the condiments requested! I'll be visiting store# 14193 more often!

I'll just say we didn't like the food or customer service and leave it at that. We should have kept going and went to Green Oaks location. We know better next time. I will always go out of the way for good customer service and decent food doesn't have to be great cause if I'm welcome then the food will be okay
