The beef sandwiches and not what I would expect for an Italian beef. When they first opened they were loaded like they should be. This experience was very disappointing. My wife ordered a salad and she wasn't really happy with it. It also had a bad price of lettuce and I took it to the counter and was able to change it to a burger.

Atmosphere is great. Their shakes are awesome. But their fries and their beef+sausage sandwiches? Maybe they just weren't for me, but they were flavorless. And for the price paid, it was really hefty. The chicken sandwiches are nice though. Wouldn't totally recommend, but maybe worth a go just for the chicken sandwiches and their shakes.
Great food and Great service from Elijah, Lacey ,dil, terry, Uriel and the crew. Portillo’s is the closest to Chicago dogs you can get in Texas without hopping on a plane to Chicago. Also I’ve eaten there late at night near closing after work and they go through a deep cleaning process the whole place top to bottom blows my mind how clean the restaurant is😵💫😳🫡👍

This was our first time here. The food was not worth the 74.00. The ketchup was out so they had to come refill it. The chopped salad with extra chicken was not worth the price. The meals are a little overpriced. I asked the manager to look at the coke zero bc it didn'ttaste right. I waited and he never came by. I ordered the beef sandwich. I thought the sandwich came as pictured so when I told them I didn't get what was in the pic the person behind the counter said that's not how it comes, you have to add everything separately. I told him that this was our first time but he didn't care. Good customer service would say we'll let me get you some peppers. I was not thrilled and not sure if we will be back. My sister did like her grilled chicken sandwich.

After numerous calls to your corporate office and talking to employees at your Arlington tx location they are unable to make an Italian beef sandwich with the proper amount of roast beef. To compare with the Mansfield location. Twice the amount of beef. The store in Mansfield is excellent. Unfortunately for you it’s about 20 minutes from my house. I was frequently dining 5-7 times a week. No more Portillo’s for me .

This was my first time coming to Portillos and was not impressed! I ordered the #1 Roast Beef and the bread was extremely soggy and gewy on the inside. Not sure what happened...my food was made fresh and I began eating it once I left the parking. Is that how its supposed to be?? If so, it was nasty - respectfully! I give the food (sandwhich) a 0/5 and two thumbs down.
