Food is excellent, but let's talk about service right now.
I ordered on the app and when I came to pick it up, they were out of an item. The Manager was gone for the day so I had to wait to get the refund. The guy who had to inform me of this is named Q. Q told me to call in the morning so that I could get my refund, well due to some family issues I forgot and just made the call. The Manager was gone for the day again, but Q thought about me when he clocked in today and told his manager about me. Between Q and the Manager, we got it sorted.
Shout out to Q for the above and beyond customer service!

It was decently tasty but I was dismayed that there was literally 1 slice, maybe 2, or turkey on my avo turkey sandwich. It was practically ALL veggies. One small slice of cheese too. Really disappointed

Additionally, the customer service was top-notch. Lex, Rob, and the entire team were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. 😊👏 Their warm and welcoming demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable.

On 09/01/2024 came into your store to order our food and one of your rude employees question us on what we got we asked her about the machine wasn’t working for the fountain drinks rudely answered. I don’t know. I don’t work here and proceed on checking us out. I do not appreciate rudeness, as we were being friendly people when we order our food thank you.

This is disgusting. I ordered potato soup and it was soggy and old. I ordered a tuna sandwich and the bread is burned and I am still looking for the tuna. I wouldn’t order anything from here again.

Just walked into this location to order a couple of shakes and was told they arent serving ice cream until later tonight........seriously? This is the first time i have ever been told this at a potbelly location lol......management, can you explain this? Is this new or maybe they just didnt want to make a couple of simple shakes lol?

The prices are just way out of wack for what you really get. This sticking it to the customer has to be stopped ✋️ and we all must call them out on it. I was shocked ? that it was over 30.00 for a sandwich, small drink, and small water ?. I believe next time we will just go to a sit-down restaurant for an even better meal for not much difference in price... SAFE TRAVELS TO ALL!!
