I ordered the clubby. Specifically said everything but tomatoes. The ingredients on the chubby doesn't come with spicy relish. Picked it all off because I didn't want to be a pain, but that lingers. I tell the guy at the counter my food was incorrect, and there was spicy relish on it. He proceeds to question me, and tell he needs to "log" in, and he needs to ask the other coworker if it's okay. I told him nevermind, and left.

the sandwiches taste good but the quality and preparation has gotten terrible. The last two times I've gotten sandwiches from Potbelly, they were a complete mess! (not to mention they shoved a whole fist full of peppers in my mom's sandwich last time and she cant handle spicy food, who eats a FIST FULL spicy peppers?!?) They shoved it together fast, stuff falling out of the bread and loose. Even the tomato is on the OUTSIDE of the bread, ridiculous. I hope they knew they were making sandwiches and NOT tacos. I think this was the last time we go to potbelly The 2 stars is for the taste but it's not worth close to $80 for 3 sandwiches that are a complete mess to try to eat

This was our first time going there the food was not good. My meatball sandwich did not have hardly any sauce on it. The veggies were wilted, and when my husband ordered his sandwich, they asked him what sides he wanted and he told them everything minus mushrooms and they didn’t put any of that not even mustard or mayo. The tables were dirty. We had to wipe them off before we used it. I so regret spending $60 there can’t get it back. SMH!!?? . and please don’t tell me that you appreciate my service and hope to see me again because I am never coming back???????????

My recent visit to this location was my first experience with Potbelly. Just in case you have never been there, here's some helpful info: apparently, behind the high wooden partition there are three stations that you're supposed to visit to place/customize/pay for your order. There aren't sufficient signs to indicate this system. I could only see one person, which led to me going back and forth and disrupting the flow without realizing it. You can't see what you're choosing or hear in the loud echoing restaurant, so you need to know what's going on to avoid feeling kind of dumb. Food was pricey for being kind of mid.

First time here. We git our food ti watch here. Every table was in need of a wipe down.I got the "Wreck". It was pretty good. They cook the sandwich here, so it's a little crunchy. The soda fountain was a little flat as well.

Do not order delivery via the website or app. It’s doesn’t state that doordash is delivering but that’s who it will be. I ordered on 1/16 for delivery when I check my phone it said order delivered I immediately called the store. I told them my order never arrived the worker stated this happens all the time with delivery orders. I asked to be refunded as I never received my food and she told me I would have to contact doordash which is crazy because I didn’t order through doordash nor does my card statement say doordash it’s says potbelly. I will be filing a claim with my bank and also warning people on bbb to not do business with this company. They completely ruined my lunch that day and to not refund my money it theft.!
