Hardly get genuine smiles, the food seems to often be fresh but I also only come here once in a while. Which is bad considering I ABSOLUTELY LOVE QDOBA over chipotle but eat at chipotle more because I feel more comfortable. The staff here makes me feel like I can’t get MY FOOD like I want it. They dictate and question as if I don’t what I want to eat. If they don’t understand my toppings they try to make me pay extra for it. I always get the tortillas soup but how I have it made is less of a soup and more of a dip. They always try to separate or add to it the way they think it should be. It’s extremely frustrating and it gives bully energy because they then get to talking in their language and making it obvious they have an issue. I hate it’s the only one close to me because I’d eat it more if I didn’t have to experience this ever time. I wanted to dine in but felt uncomfortable so I ate in my car. Spent $ 16 on a bowl, chips & a small drink

Come at 2 in afternoon and almost every table was dirty. Got a bowl with steak. The meat was tough and tasteless. Queso was watered down. I purposely crossed the freeway to try this over Chipotle. Bad idea . Rather spend a little more and get something edible

Whoever was rolling burritos on the afternoon of today, September 10th 2025, deserves a raise and should train your other workers. I order here often and this was far and away the best burrito i've received.

I bought my food for lunch tomorrow. However, I did taste it because it was my first time here. I should've put the tortilla strip on since I'm eating it the next and some of the sauces. My mistake for doing so. I'll will be back again!

Went in yesterday with my family and I am pleased to say we were all more than satisfied with our food and service! Especially with the young man that prepared our food I unfortunately did not get his name but he was there yesterday 08/03 at 7pm, he definitely needs to get some recognition! He took his time either everyone and made sure we were all pleased with our food as well as wishing us a good day after we left. Definitely will be coming back to this location not only for the food but for the service!

It’s QDOBA you get what you get. Employee was super skimpy on toppings. I had to ask for extra lettuce 3 times just to fill the bowl up

It was my first time trying this place and it was very disappointing. The restaurant looks unkept and the food looked like it had been sitting there all day but I still gave it a chance. The chicken was old and so were the beans. Customer service was nonexistent but I do t expect much with teenagers working. I’ll stick with Chipotle.

Please Do not come to this location. I walked in there 10 mins before they closed ,It was a lady by the door that works there I ask her where they closed because they was so quiet and cleaning up she just looked at me never said anything. Then I walked up to the counter and ask the lady at the register the same question she never said anything either. I finally ask the guy he said no but was really dry about it. As I’m ordering the food both ladies was looking at me really weird and I was feeling uncomfortable ordering. All three people had rude customer service. We will not be back.

I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks to QDOBA for their generous donation. We are beyond grateful for the support it truly made a meaningful impact. The food brought so much joy and comfort to everyone involved, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of the amazing manager who made it all happen.

From the very beginning, she was kind, responsive, and incredibly efficient. She took the time to understand what we needed and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Her support meant the world to us, and I’m sincerely thankful for how smoothly and quickly she made the process.

It’s not every day you come across someone so willing to help, and we’re truly lucky to have experienced that kind of generosity. Thank you again, QDOBA and especially to the manager—for making a real difference. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I was having to beg the sever to put a satisfactory portion. The employees act as if they get lashings if they give me an extra scoop of rice. Very sad and pathetic.

I didn't feel welcomed, and in fact felt like I was being judged.

Finally, the employee that was ringing me up lied to me that I didn't have any rewards on my account when in fact I did.

I don't know what this location gets from skimping and cheating on their customers but it's not good for the long run.

Follow the Qdoba in Keller, TX as an example! There your money is respected and serves you appropriate portions and without judgement.

Very sad... Do better!
