Please Do not come to this location. I walked in there 10 mins before they closed ,It was a lady by the door that works there I ask her where they closed because they was so quiet and cleaning up she just looked at me never said anything. Then I walked up to the counter and ask the lady at the register the same question she never said anything either. I finally ask the guy he said no but was really dry about it. As I’m ordering the food both ladies was looking at me really weird and I was feeling uncomfortable ordering. All three people had rude customer service. We will not be back.
I just want to extend my heartfelt thanks to QDOBA for their generous donation. We are beyond grateful for the support it truly made a meaningful impact. The food brought so much joy and comfort to everyone involved, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of the amazing manager who made it all happen.
From the very beginning, she was kind, responsive, and incredibly efficient. She took the time to understand what we needed and handled everything with such care and professionalism. Her support meant the world to us, and I’m sincerely thankful for how smoothly and quickly she made the process.
It’s not every day you come across someone so willing to help, and we’re truly lucky to have experienced that kind of generosity. Thank you again, QDOBA and especially to the manager—for making a real difference. Your kindness did not go unnoticed.

I was having to beg the sever to put a satisfactory portion. The employees act as if they get lashings if they give me an extra scoop of rice. Very sad and pathetic.
I didn't feel welcomed, and in fact felt like I was being judged.
Finally, the employee that was ringing me up lied to me that I didn't have any rewards on my account when in fact I did.
I don't know what this location gets from skimping and cheating on their customers but it's not good for the long run.
Follow the Qdoba in Keller, TX as an example! There your money is respected and serves you appropriate portions and without judgement.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience at QDOBA Mexican Eats was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to share. What should have been a positive visit turned into a very uncomfortable situation due to the behavior of two staff members a man and a Latina woman who were both incredibly disrespectful from the moment I walked in.
Rather than the welcoming, upbeat atmosphere one would expect at a restaurant, I was met with attitude and unprofessional conduct. I was not acknowledged properly at the counter, and there was a clear lack of communication. The man at the register entered my order without confirming anything with me, and instead, had the female employee bring it out without saying a word. It felt dismissive and frankly disrespectful.
It’s unfortunate when personal attitudes get in the way of good service. I came in expecting a good meal and a decent experience, but left feeling mistreated for no reason. I will not be returning to this establishment, especially while those two employees are still representing the business. Respect should be a basic standard regardless of who the customer is.
Honest review, the reviews here on Google are tough but we gave them a chance. The restuarant looked very clean, the employees got our order just right, and food was AWESOME. On my way out Intold them they did a great job and told them they got 5-stars.
Let's not always go straight to posting the negative one time visits people...we can also do better and be nicer.
This location was very rude, and only gave me and my friends half a bowl, One of the ladies was very rude, I will never go back to that location.
We LOOK up the closing time for this specific location on Collins in Arlington. It says 1030 PM CLOSE. We pull up to the location on Collins at 926 PM and they have the doors LOCKED. All of the workers clearly in the back looking at us laughing and shrugging their shoulders letting us know how much they really didn't care.

Y’all the reviews weren’t lying about the service being terrible. The employees have no customer service at all LOL. They seem like they hate their jobs and weren’t friendly at all, talked very quietly and no smile. Like dang show a little personality at least!!! The portions were actually pretty good at least for my first time here. Food was good. But probably will be going to a different location where the employees don’t look dead inside.

So I went here because of TikTok, my experience was not good. The lady in there was very rude. The servings she gave me were small. Then she told the cashier lady to charge me for double sour cream when I didn't even have sour cream. They weren't friendly and my food just tasted okay. I was excited to go here but after I ordered my food I was disappointed, then after I tasted the chips and food I became more disappointed. Maybe I will try a different location to see if it's better.

This place has good food don’t get me wrong. But the service here is terrible! Management likes to ration food to the most minimal! I barely got any meat or veggies on my bowl.

DO NOT GO HERE. Came in for food multiple times, food is good, but they are VERY stingy with the portion sizes here. The lady manager is very stingy with the portions and will tell the other people serving to not give as much. Again service is bad, food is good. They need to stop being so rationing with the portions.

uhn uhn this gotta be the worst qdoba ever , they need to learn from the bailey boswell one I GOT CHARGED $14 for a bowl the flip charge for that little rice , i didn’t even get get a full spoon of rice wth and tortilla , i used to work at qdoba and there’s just no way and the worker was just not nice like she kept telling him what to charge me in spanish and i felt like left out because my total was not what i expected never going back.
