This was our first coming to this location and I couldn't be happier with the environment and the overall satisfaction we had here. We had been a couple different locations and they, unfortunately, we're out of the crawfish, so my girlfriend wasn't able to get what she wanted and the food would take a while to come out. We ordered the 5lbs crawfish and the Creole Pork Chops and it was absolutely amazing. The food was hot and steaming when it came out and our waiter made sure we were good. The manager had good conversation and was nothing short of refreshing because you could tell his interest was genuine and not "I just need to check on them." We aren't from the Arlington area, but as far as this chain, this on has been the best thus far. Good job!!!

2 lb crawfish for $10? Absolutely! It was delicious, plus gator tails and bacon wrapped jalapeño shrimp was amazing. I always look forward to trying new dishes here because this place never disappoints. ?

Not the Razzoo's of just a few years ago. Slow, rude and lazy employees. The food quantity and quality have suffered the most...

I sat at the bar and had outstanding service from Bea!! He had 3 at the bar along with 3 tables and rocked it like a real pro! Shout out to Charisse for going above and beyond. Her awareness of the restaurant environment and the way Bea was hustling, she saw on my face I needed something then took care of it. If I had a restaurant, I would want both of them to work for me! Great job ladies!

This was a Door Dash delivery, no issues with that. I am done with Razoos, however. Back during Covid, restaurants stayed in business because of customers who ordered take out and delivery. Here's another place who's raising prices and lowering their quality and can't get the order right. I ordered dinners for 3 and one meal was missing so I had to reorder and pay another tip for a new delivery. The food from a Cajun place was bland. The Lil Salad is a handful of bagged lettuce and no dressing for $6.39??? Chicken strips were thin and literally the size of a finger. Hush puppies were tough and flavorless. Maybe they save the good stuff for the folks in the restaurant?

The food was very tasty and the service from Jonathan was adequate - not over the top with politeness & suggestions - but he did his job. My dis-satisfaction comes from the prices which have risen dramatically in the past few months as well as the portion sizes. Shrimp /Catfish Combo has increased in price by over $3.00 - but the real problem for me is not the price - but the portions. This plate used to have 6 large shrimp and 2 large fillets. It now has 4 shrimp that are bite sized at best and what appears to be a large fillet cut in half - so while you get 2 pieces - each are much smaller. Looking at the Value vs Price in my budget - this will be a once a quarter or more dining place instead of once a month. I Love the food taste & quality Just not happy with smaller portions for the increased price.

I visited on a slow Wednesday night. I ordered the chicken tender platter with cajun fries and a garden salad. The food was hot, seasoned, and well proportioned. It wasn't amazing but enjoyable for sure. My server was polite and I didn't have any issues.

Horrible customer service, there's a sign on the wall telling paying customers be nice or leave. No body bothered to acknowledge the customers worst experience

I went to Razzoos on April 1st which was my birthday. This was my first time here and I was so excited to taste the food being that I’m from Louisiana and I love seafood. My friend had already been there before but it was a first for me and my sister. Upon entry, we noticed that everyone was nice and the establishment was neat and clean. After We were lead to our table we began looking at the menu. Our waiter came to take the order and I ordered shrimp and grits. (I know sometimes things may not be as expected so everywhere I go I always ask if I’m able to try something else if I do not like it before I order). The waiter said he would talk to the manager but he sure it wouldn’t be an issue. I said okay and I ordered the shrimp and grits. The food came and I was surprised by the sauce on the shrimp and grits but I kept an opened mind and I tasted it. I did not like the sauce of choice because it tasted to me like tomato paste. So I then requested a meal that my friend had which was fish ah yee. The manager came out and asked what was wrong and I told him I just didn’t like the taste of the sauce and I wanted to order the fish ah yee. I then proceeded to tell him that it was my birthday, basically insinuating that I just wanted to enjoy a good meal. He then proceeded to say “okay, whatever that’s supposed to mean” and shrugged his shoulders along with the most rudest unconcerned, uninterested, unapologetic look on his face. My whole body was filled with embarrassment, shame, hurt & uncertainty. I was so shocked by his response to where i began to question if I came to the right establishment to celebrate my birthday. I just wanted to get my food and go home at this point. I lost my appetite and that whole experience was ruined. When the manager returned with the next plate, I bagan to express how his comment made me feel as a customer and he just had this repulsive look on his face as if he just wanted to walk away. He cut me off instantly and began to say sorry if you took it that way. I explained to him as a manager you shouldn’t even let anything like that come out of your mouth. I let him know it was rude to me and that he ruined my experience and all he said was again, sorry if you took it that way, as if he just wanted me to shut up and he walked away. So I seen a different server at another table and when she was finished with her table I asked her for a Togo box. I didn’t even take a bite out of my food. This was the worst birthday experience of my life & I’m still hurt about not being able to enjoy my food or my experience. I didn’t even get an apology or anything showing genuine concern about my experience as a paying customer. People were looking and I just felt so out of place. The manager showed that he didn’t care about what just transpired, So I felt it was best for me to just leave and i did.

We got to the restaurant and it was a pretty slow night. The waiter was attentive and had great customer service. I ordered the jambalaya and my partner ordered chicken strips. The food was just ok to me; probably a good 3/10. I will probably be back to try the gator.
