The employee should listen to their customers when they are trying to tell them something. Young boy acted so unconcern

The food and service was mediocre. Food a little overpriced. The seafood boil was okay, they did provide a decent amount it just wasn’t flavorful. Now the catfish and shrimp was horrible! They had like a burnt cornmeal taste to it. Definitely will not be going back

So I’ve actually been to red claw before I’ve gotten their seafood boils. I’m obsessed with their seafood boils and I tried their combination garlic noodles and those were good. It’s been a long time since I ate with them. This is my first time getting there combination fried rice I was intrigued so I wanted to try it and I asked them was it going to be enough for two to eat off of it? The guy was like oh yeah the price was like 16.26 so I was like yeah well that type of price it better be a big container when I got this I was already skeptable but I was like you know what Hopefully it’s just packed in there with fried rice. I opened it and these pictures only show what was half eaten because I thought about making a review mid munch maybe this will have them do better but it was not packed with a lot of rice. The shrimps were super small. The chicken and the sausage was chopped up super small and I couldn’t even find the crawfish in here. It has good flavor but the quantity was not there. It’s like what did I pay $16 for I could’ve went anywhere and got a real big meal but I went here and got this. I wouldn’t even pay $16 for this to eat by myself. That’s crazy. There’s a restaurant called Lucis they sell a shrimp fried rice and they pack that rice to the top. It literally be busting open from how much food they put in there the shrimps and jalapeños be so big and it’s so freaking good. I’m disappointed with red claw with the amount of food they try to give me for $16 that Lucy‘s shrimp fried rice is like $12 and they give you a big box you can eat off of that with four people. Their small size is even bigger than this dinner size I just bought… I would eat this container and still be hungry by myself so y’all need to do better with the amount of food you’re putting in here like I really feel like I got bamboozled. The guy that I ordered this with he was cool. It was a good atmosphere. I don’t have a problem with red claw. It’s the fact that the quantity of the amount that I paid is crazy like I would never pay $16 to eat alone and I specifically asked if this could feed two people… I was told yes but no this could not feed two people. This could barely feed one person Like they’re being very stingy.

The food here tastes great, no complaints about that. However, the biggest downside is that they no longer provide the cracking tools needed for the king crab legs and snow crab legs. It makes the whole experience frustrating and time-consuming since it’s so much harder to enjoy the meal without them. Because of this, I won’t be coming back to this location.

Pretty chill atmosphere. Prices are lot higher from last visit. Im aware of market pricing and time of year. Food was good but not as good as first time i visited, I wasn't feeling the sausage. I had the Dungeoness bucket with headless shrimp and potatoes corn and sausage. Shrimp is shrimp. Ones bathed in the sauce tasted better than ones on top. Crab was cooked perfectly. Service was good attentive staff and friendly. Pay before you eat was a little off putting but given the pricing I know people try yo eat n dash so wasn't a problem. Overall for the price I expected better tasting sides is all. There is a lot of varieties of food on menu. Something for everyone and good prices on other things like the catfish.

This restaurant ruined my first experience by ringing up my food with an attached gratuity and the guy rung up my order steering me away from looking at the price.. be careful if u dont want to add a tip on ur card they will automatically put a 15% on ur order
