Red Lobster

We went there for lunch while we were out Christmas shopping. The food was so delicious and hot and fresh. Service was amazing. I'm so glad we still have our RL in Arlington.

I usually love love love red lobster!! Unfortunately, this trip was a really bad let down. Service was super slow, constantly waiting on everything. When the food did finally arrive, it was very very bland, with no flavor. Not sure what changed, but very unimpressed with this trip. Doubtful I will be back. Sucks, used to love it, but not now.

Was craving the biscuits and dynamite shrimp, so I was here as soon as they opened the next day. I had no wait for a table and was promptly checked on by Dmarcus. Throughout my lunch, he was knowledgeable on the menu, gave some more suggestions, and was really nice about remaking a drink I wasn’t a fan of. I ordered def more than the dynamite shrimp and overall was happy with the food and definitely pleased with the service. No notes for Dmarcus, he knows his customer service!

Sat at our table for 20 minutes, waiter and waitress both walked past us 3x, like nobody wanted table, so we left, terrible service try no service, go somewhere else, no wonder the brand is on life support

We had a tremendous dining experience for our daughter’s birthday. The server, Lyan, was very personable and attentive. She had a fantastic attitude the whole time we were there. I would recommend this Red Lobster to anyone.

I’ll give it a two bc at-least we got to eat and the food tasted okay. The waiter we got was so slow so we waited a long time to even get drinks snd biscuits. Another waitress had to ask if we’ve been talked to yet. Once our waiter finally came out he apologized and said he didn’t know we were here but still waited a while for everything after that, Drinks went unfilled as well.

Robyn was our server today our first time at red lobster she was so kind,helpful and amazing service! we will be back

Food was good, but the service took way too long. At times our orders were forgotten, and even had us question if it was even remembered to bring the check. Hopefully, this can be improved, but as for the mean time, we will not return to this location.
