Food was good, but the service took way too long. At times our orders were forgotten, and even had us question if it was even remembered to bring the check. Hopefully, this can be improved, but as for the mean time, we will not return to this location.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with your customer service team member Robin, and I must say — the experience was outstanding. From the moment my query was raised to the resolution, everything was handled with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
The representative was not only courteous but also knowledgeable, efficient, and truly went the extra mile to help me. It’s rare to come across such prompt and thoughtful service these days, and I deeply appreciate the effort.
What truly stood out was the manager Demarcus calm demeanor, warm hospitality, and ability to manage the team seamlessly even during busy hours. It’s rare to see such dedication and leadership in action.

I hadn’t been to Red Lobster in over a decade, so I decided to stop by on a weekday to see what the hype was about. The cheddar biscuits are still a hit — warm, fluffy, and full of flavor.
I ordered the popcorn shrimp, which were just okay for me — a bit too fried for my taste. For dinner, I went with the special: lobster tail and steak. Both were cooked well, and the broccoli was nicely done too.
Our waitress was attentive and sociable, which made the experience even better. Overall, Red Lobster proved to be a solid go-to restaurant — especially if you haven’t been in a while.
