I stood at the booth listening to three greeters talk about their personal life.When they noticed that I haven't been helped one of them blurted out it would be 2hrs before I was seated.I wont ever come back here.
I sat at the bar, so I shouldn't expect 1st class service.. I didn't get it, my server/bartender had no problem expressing his feelings to the rest of the staff, about how he didn't get a good split on the tips, so "why should he care" it was an uncomfortable feeling hearing the staff complain about how miserable their job was. The back of the house, though, was great ?. I ordered like 3 lobster tails among a bunch of other things. (I was hungry.) The food was great. It took me at least 15 minutes to get to order my food at the bar, and I was the only person there.

My date and i had a wonderful time our waitress was so sweet and attentive. Love the food.
Changed areas to get a different waiter! Made no difference. First waiter just disappeared without even bringing biscuits. Has been an hour and still don't have our food. Second waiter at least shows up, but only with an apology. I am looking at the manager as every area is lacking--waiting, cooking, dishwashing, bar, on and on. Go somewhere else!

Sat at the bar, bartender was trying to be as attentive as possible but was overwhelmed. Ordered Calamari starter, it was over cooked and dry, asked for extra sauce and got given a different sauce than what was supposed to be on the Calamari. Ordered mains, steak and lobster, steak was under cooked and the lobster tail was minute. Since our last visit the place has gone down. It was on a Saturday night and the place was empty. People came to the front desk and were ignored and some left while others shouted for service. Doubt we'll be going back.
Food was less than average. All you can eat is a joke. Super slow at getting more. There wasn’t but a couple of tables to wait on yet waitress seamed to disappear. Would hate to see what service was like if it was busy. Atmosphere was the old fashioned what you’re used to Red Lobster no updates.

Best experience in a while. waitress was friendly and checked on us regularly. Food was delicious. Definitely recommend going. Pricing makes it a not as often as wanted choice, but we will go back.

This use to be my husband’s favorite spot. Not sure why we traveled back in time. ?? Terrible service and food. We did takeout and had Cheesy Crab Queso and Chips with a side of “HAIR”. Also Stuffed Flounder the size of shrimp. Absolutely terrible service. $60 later! I will be returning it for a full refund. Save your time going there unless you want the cooks germs. ??
