Had the Broccoli and Carrot style entree with beef. Great flavor and fresh. But the broccoli was undercooked and huge. Most places trim it to bite sized pieces. Also, the seaweed salad portion was tiny... about half what I would expect for $6.
This is a great hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. My family has been eating here for over 30 years (they used to be down the street on Lamar).The owner is a great dude and they make good food. It was just fine. The hot and sour soup was delicious, but the beef and broccoli was bland and the sesame chicken was stringy. With all the other options in the area, I wouldn't come back.
