Ordered online which they didn't put my green chile soup so when I call to tell them they said Doordash has to refund me, which I didn't understand because they were the one who put my order together not doordash

The food and prices are immaculate however on this particular day, the customer service was TRASH! The employee didnāt want to give me a fork or napkin. She said it was in the bag and it wasnāt. She was so catty and rude.

Wish I could give 0 starts. Apparently this place has a bunch of lazy workers that donāt want to work the last operating hour. I got here at 8pm and asked for the 5 for 25 and lady told me they werenāt doing it anymore. Went to a different location, and got my 5 for 25!

Everyone is always so polite and service is prompt. Food is affordable and a nice refresher from the run of the mill fast food optionsā¦the only gripe with this location is they are ALWAYS out of something. āCan I get the Greek salad?āā¦.out of cucumbers, a staple in a Greek salad. āCan I get a frozen strawberry lemonade?āā¦.sorry, we are out. I went for the third time last night and ordered a plain lemonadeā¦.you guessed it, they were out! Iāll probably skip this location and go to the one in GP or North Arlington.

An oasis of fast food! I have been waiting to try their salads for a while now and I can say without a doubt it is a great place to get a quick, healthy, and inexpensive meal!
(Update 01.30.25)
They are now using Deli Chicken juxtapose Roasted Chicken in the salads.

I love their salads & especially the price point. I just wish they would at least TRY to get substitutions & deletions correct. I got a breakfast burrito & requested no sauce....they put the sauce on it anyway, it was so spicy I was unable to eat it. Total waste of money. They do better online as opposed to ordering at the drive thru

This used to be my favorite Salad and Go. Great customer service, quick. Unfortunately, just like other locations, it's changed for the worse.
Recently the Grand Prairie location (which is closer to me and has horrible customer service) changed their chicken meat to this weird tasting, pink colored, ribmeat textured mystery meat. After one taste I threw mine away, but my daughter ate hers and felt nauseous for the rest of the day.
I came back to this Arlington location because I couldn't even finish my GP salad the previous day. When they handed the salad to me, it looked great but had that weird new pink mystery meat chicken instead of the white chicken breast they have used for years. I asked for a refund IMMEDIATELY.
The guy at the window told me that this is the new chicken that all of the Salad and Go restaurants have switched to.
First the restaurant gets rid of the best lemonade they have (rip blueberry basil) and replaces it with a synthetic tasting, watered down, flavorless flop (that is not spicy at all). Then the proportions get cut in half at all locations. Now, pink mystery meat chicken made from leftover chicken parts that nobody wants, all mashed together. It's like the pink slime version of chicken.
Not sure why they decided to self-sabotage but they've officially lost me as a customer forever.
My only go to place for salads! Love the service and food.

I've been wanting to get a salad there and when I went to Ft Worth a week ago I finally got one. It was not good at all. Very disappointed.
