I ordered a full salad with a portion of the seafood mix and another portion of steak. What I received was disappointing! Only four shrimp total (essentially $1 per shrimp), and the salad barely filled the plate. It genuinely felt like someone reduced the portion after I ordered. This happened on 03/07/25—manager/owner, please check your cameras.
I am not sure if it was a mistake or something more questionable, but I think it is worth bringing up in case there is a staff member not doing things right. Customers deserve to get what they paid for.

The staff here is always friendly as with most Salata’s everything seems fresh and ready to go. If I had to point out something negative I would just say this place is getting pricey at over $20 for a small salad and a soda.

I wanted to share my experience with my first order from this location of Salata. When I received my order, I immediately noticed that the quality wasn't quite the same as what I’ve come to expect from other locations.
To start, online ordering does not specify whether the dressing comes in two scoops or two to-go cups, and unfortunately, two to-go cups were not enough for a regular-sized salad.
Additionally, the portions of the toppings seemed very small and lacked the usual quality. With many different additions added, the salad severely lacked the quantity you’d receive if you ordered in person.
Lastly, the cucumbers had a chemical taste, and the pesto chicken had an off-putting fishy flavor. Extremely off putting.
I was really disappointed by this experience. Highly suggest ordering in person to ensure you at least get the correct portions for what you pay for.

I was sitting in the car about to walk in. Then I saw a employee walk up to the window and start stretching while look out. Next thing you know he was digging and scratching his nose. Instantly I decided not to eat here today. Sunday around 2:15
I normally visit the Las Colinas location and everyone there is amazing ! Today I happen to be in the Arlington area and wanted a healthy option for lunch. The first person on the line was Cristal. I said hello and smiled and she looked at me blankly and just said "salad or wrap". I said hello again and she again just ignored my greeting. I mean if I'm about to spend $20 bucks for a salad happily the least you can do is say hello back. It's such a simple jester. Once I got to the register I noticed she had a different shirt on so I asked if she was a manager and she said yes so I told Yansi about the situation. She apologized for her and we had a short conversation about the Las Colinas location. I decided to dine in and I happen to site facing the line. I noticed she treated other patrons the same way smh. The manager did come over and say something to her but she was just blowing off what I said until she noticed I was paying attention then she moved her down the line so she would have to greet people. Salata is a great place and I hate when workers like this make people not want to come back.

The portion size is better than expected. We ordered two wraps and a Greek salad. The food was very fresh. I enjoyed my wrap, my wife enjoyed hers. My daughter could only finish half of her salad. They have many options for protien. They have vegan options as well as meat options. The only downside is that they do not take cash. They are a card only business.
