Oh my Goodness. This is the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to and I’ve been around the nation. The vibe and music are amazing, and the service is top tier. I had a barista named Esther who was an absolute joy to be around. I definitely will be coming back!!!

Very cute place! Very friendly and nice! The coffee is delicious and the matcha is super yummy!!! Will definitely come again. If you are looking for fresh fresh coffee this is your place! They roast their coffee here! The smell is Amazing!!!

Expected to walk into a business that provided friendly customer service. That wasn’t the case. I stopped by around 10am and the service was pretty disappointing. The barista didn’t greet me, or ask if I had any questions. 3 stars because the coffee was at least good.

I love to stop at local coffee shops while traveling, so I stopped here with a friend this past Saturday morning, and it was a lovely experience.

The space is cozy and charming. There was one barista working by herself and she was in the middle of a bit of a rush when we walked in, but she balanced getting drinks out and handling customers coming in efficiently and gracefully. She was very warm and friendly. I got a cortado and my friend got an iced caramel macchiato. At a different shop we stopped by on the trip my friend was kind of sneered at and corrected by the barista about a traditional macchiato vs a caramel latte which did not happen here! We both felt very welcome.

My cortado was made perfectly and was absolutely delicious. My friend really enjoyed her drink too. The best coffee we had on our trip.

I manage a coffee shop and roastery so I am familiar with what it looks like to do things right. We couldn’t have had a better experience. I will be sure to come back next time I am in the area. Thank you for the wonderful coffee and service!

Just received my order of medium roast Colombian and it is fabulous!

No cold brew available at all. And the wait time is not that great either. Looks like I won't be back at this place.

I used to go here almost every day. There were 2 awesome baristas before, but I think they both graduated from UTA & left. Now there's 2 new ones. One is cheerful, bubbly, & delightful... the other maintains an unfriendly grimace with a demeanor to match. Not a huge deal. Not everyone has to exude joy while working at their jobs, but it is a service industry position and displaying a small amount of enthusiasm while interacting with customers is conducive to receiving gratuity and increases likelihood of returning/repeat customers. Beyond that, the same barista pours the boiling hot espresso directly into the plastic cups when making the iced drinks, which is a horribly awful thing to do. When plastic reaches high temperatures it begins to melt and leaches toxic chemicals into the drink it contains. If it's an iced drink with milk/water & ice, put some ice and water/milk in first & pour over that, for goodness sake. As a small business owner, I typically make it a point to support small/independent businesses, even if they cost more. Sadly, I am going to get my coffee from Dutch Bros from now on.
