16oz Prime rib was horrible chewy and the worst I have had in a decade. It was 43.00 for the 16oz prime rib and it was waste. I left most of it on my plate to get thrown away. They did nothing at all to help resolve my issue. Never coming back!

Stop by for dinner . I had the Atlantic salmon it was dry but okay with mash potatoes and a Cesar salad. The waiter was a bit in a rush to get us out but overall good experience. Would I come back probably not . Steak houses are overrated but thats just my personal preference.

Everything was great my dinner at 6pm and around 11.30 pm I was up the whole night with what appeared to be food contaminated symptoms on the toilet and at this moment still feeling sick. PRIOR TO eating here at the south Arlington location I WAS FINE . It's bad enough I don't have a desire to be a returning guest.. I spoke to a manager he was defensive and passed the call to a DM who compiled my information and advise me a manager will contact me. FYI don't expect any help he did not offer any assistance or accountability towards my illness and very uncomfortable situation. At this point I'm very disappointed in the behavior of Russ the manager.

Amazing service & food! Maudeen's filet is mouthwatering!! Steak & grilled shrimp are delicious!! The carrot cake & 2 fork cheesecake are a must try!! Travis is great!! Very friendly and personable. Management (Dave) truly cares about his customers & it shows!! Will absolutely be back!

We went at noon on Sunday 1/5 for a family dinner, there are 7 of us. The food was on point, as always. Josh was a fantastic server! Personable and attentive, he was great! We often frequent this location for a date night or meeting a couple of friends, this is the first time we brought the whole crew and they handled it impeccably!

We went here on 1/4/25 @ 430 p table 50/1. Our Jessica waitress was excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu.
My brother in law chose this location for his birthday dinner.
Everything was going well until he found a long piece of hair 🤢 in the bread 🥖 😳!
We quickly reported it to Jessica our waitress, and she reported it to the manager..
This is where it all went downhill 😑😬as if it could get worse from there the manager made us wait over 20 minutes to arrive at our table to discuss the issue. 🤔😑Once he arrived.
He tried to minimize the situation by ignoring the fact that he even saw the hair in the bread, once it was established that he actually saw the hair in the bread and that was our major concern.
He initially offered a free dessert which was not our reason for bringing this to his attention.
Main reason was this was a health risk, to offer free dessert which we did not want because we had already paid our bill was irresponsible on his .
The manager proceeded to have a very nasty attitude with us, as if it was our fault, 😑😧 was passive aggressive in his apology, and finally offered to deduct my brother-in-law‘s meal off the ticket.
Once again our goal was not to have a deduction, but to have a sincere apology from management and to bring it to his attention in regard to the health hazard.
Please note my brother-in-law‘s meal was also taken away prematurely before he was able to finish his birthday meal. Shame on you Saltgrass for having a manager who does not care about your customers health.
This managers attitude and lack of professionalism was inexcusable how he has no regard for the customers satisfaction my brother in law has been a part of the Landry Birthday club since 2009! And this is the treatment he gets for being a loyal customer!!
I’m appalled 😳 once again on how dismissive the manager was… mistakes happen just own up to it and be apologetic.

Steaks cooked as requested, wait service impeccable. We had 6 in our party for my Birthday, time of arrival was 5pm.

Wheelchair accessibility: I used my wheelchair easy access from Handicap parking to ramp, and to entrance.

The only reason I did not give this five stars is because we stood at the hostess desk for about five minutes before anybody came by to see if we he had been helped... We come often, and this has never happened before... Other than that, the service was great.The food was great.I highly recommend it.
