By far the best steakhouse I have ever eaten at. They even cook their burgers as requested. I am a rare burger person and I ordered my burger rare. My burger was cooked to perfection and is hands down the best burger I have ever tasted and I have eaten a lot of them (see picture). These burgers are huge and it came rare as requested. Our server Tati was also amazing. The prices are a bit elevated but so is the quality of the food and service so I had no issue with that. You definitely get what you pay for here. My son ordered the ribs and they were fall off the bone and had the most awesome flavor. They also paced our order perfectly and we never waited for our next course nor were we rushed through the course we were on. We will definitely be back. GREAT JOB!!!
We wish we lived closer to be a regular. Everything about this location was top notch…the decor, our waitress, the manager and our food. The mushrooms was a TX size bowl, crispy and hot with a dipping sauce. Warm bread was served, our salads were fresh and the steak was cooked medium to perfection. We were too full for dessert.
We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn next door and needed a place to eat after checking in. We were unsure what to expect and agreed to check it out as a matter of convenience. What a fantastic surprise! The decor gave a fun Texas vibe, service was attentive, and food and drinks were excellent. We enjoyed the chicken fried steak, but the queso fresco was so good! The pomegranate mojito and pineapple margarita also hit the spot. We intended to return but did not end up having the time.
Curbside service is a disappointment! Placed order for 6:45 pickup and arrived at 6:40. Called and advised was there. 15 minutes later, called again. A few minutes later, a person approached and asked if we were waiting for food! Ten minutes later, received our order. Salads had been sitting on our hot meals, so they were limp and warm. Meat and potatoes were no longer hot! Big disappointment!!!
Not bad. Prices are the little on higher side but food was good. No issues
really delicious, excellent service, perfect attention, and flavors in the food is the best. his bread is unreal. 5 stars
My first time here and my husbands 2nd and it was a total pleasure. The good was great, the staff was awesome, we had ethsn would was just amazing and the manager was great too.The starter was just delectable, the mains were mouth watering and just amazing..We ended up signing up for there rewards card which is great as we'll be going back again and again. The atmosphere was great too, very comfortable and relaxing, nothing was too loud I hate going out for dinner and the music is too loud or the telly, this place was perfect.I definitely recommend it.The menu is such a wide variety with so very much to choose from you'll just wanna try a bit if each better yet keep returning...Great experience at the Saltgrass Steak House.
Visited Saltgrass 2x in a week ?.All taste very delicious, starting from the complimentary bread, loaded baked potato soup, chicken tortilla soup, pat's ribeye, bacon wrapped fillet, apple crumble taste very good ??
Loved the place!! Waiter was awesome. I ordered a Texas T Bone steak, medium rare, with potato soup and green beans, wife ordered a cheese burger, my son ordered a hamburger. Steak was perfect!!!! Started out with an appetizer and some bread, such a great experience on Father's Day!!
Service | Bread | Grilled Chicken Service - One of my biggest fears with any restaurant is the big group. We had 12 people show up at 6 pm on a Wednesday to this location and they handled us like champs. They were able to seat us within 10 minutes of us arriving in a part of the restaurant that allowed us to talk and hold conversation amongst our work group. Additionally, they split the check by seat without asking accurately which is increasingly rare. So, overall their professionalism and ability to take care of guests are above average. Bread - Their standard appetizer bread is pretty good. It competes and in some way is superior to the "Australian chain restaurants" that are pretty famous. It is tasty, savory, and filling. Be careful to have more than 1-2 loaves for a table of 4. Their meal portions are sizable. So, you don't want to spoil your meal. Grilled Chicken - I had their grilled chicken with Brussel sprouts. The Grilled chicken was good. Nothing special, but tasty and well made. Their Brussel sprouts were above average but, nothing special either. I would recommend it. But, I can't give the full throat YOU MUS HAVE endorsement. I would probably explore other options the next time I went. Pro Tip: Tons of Parking. So no worries there. Pro Tip: They have a few specialty margaritas that are LARGE and tasty. I would highly recommend you have one with your meal if you are of the legal age of course ;-).
I ate here 3 times since I was in town to watch some baseball. I had something different each time and they were all very good. Service is good and they also have a decent bar area if you want to watch a game. Service was also prompt.
Went here and wasn't disappointed. My NY strip steak was cooked to perfection (medium rare) while my lady ordered the tenderloin tips and she really enjoyed them. The mashed potatoes were really good but the green beans were kinda salty. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it and Shanice made the event a great one. Definitely would come back again.
Our food and service was outstanding! Our server Matt/Church greeted us and served us with a smile. The manager came over to see that everything was ok and had a nice chat with us. We are from Iowa but if ever back in the area we will definitely be eating here. We haven’t had an enjoyable dining experience for quite some time and this was a breath of fresh air for us. Thank you!
Nice staff, our waiter was new but extremely friendly, and went above and beyond!!
We had an absolutely great time at Saltgrass this past weekend! Lyric, our server, was very attentive and accommodating. We had 6 people in our party, and everyone was taken care of well. She had great suggestions and recommendations for each guest. The food didn't take long even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon right at lunchtime. The brisket queso was delicious with plenty of meat. The grilled shrimp and sides were good. The steak and mushrooms were cooked exactly as we like it, and the apple pie a la mode was amazing! The Bloody Mary was off the charts with all the fixins', too! The manager was personable and friendly, and she was always in site talking to the customers. We would definitely eat there again.
