The staff looked to be about 15 years old, and the quality of the food and the service support that appearance. Maybe it was just a bad moment, but I won't be back again.

The review was totally inaccurate. The customer service was impeccable, the food was amazing, and Tia went above and beyond! She’s amazing, overall rating the experience was a 10/10.

I had a craving for hibachi and found this place through a quick Google search. I decided to give it a try, but unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired.

When we walked in, we weren’t greeted at all. There were a few customers already seated waiting on their food, and several staff members—three or four—visible in the cooking area. We stood at the to-go counter for about 10 minutes. I looked over the menu, knew exactly what I wanted to order, and waited patiently for someone to acknowledge us. But no one did. Not even a simple “hello” or “we’ll be right with you.”

Another man walked in during that time, and while it seemed like he might’ve worked there (as he went straight to the back and spoke with one guy who was possibly a manager of some sort), even that didn’t prompt anyone to assist us.

After standing there completely ignored for 10 minutes, we figured maybe our business just wasn’t wanted. So we left and ended up going to a nearby Chinese restaurant instead.

It’s really unfortunate—I was looking forward to trying this place, but the complete lack of acknowledgment or customer service made it impossible. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this one wasn’t great.

Store doesn’t close till 10. Started calling at 9:25 and no answer. So, I drive up and pull in at 9:42 and they won’t even take my order. Say “naw we’re already cooking our last orders. Horrible customer service, will not be back now. Sad cause it looks like the food could be good.

Food was pretty good, dining room was simple and small but clean and well presented.
