We have been eating at Sarku Japan for years at various different locations. Like most chains, you know what to expect. Sarku is always cooked fresh right in front of you. It's usually one of the more popular spots in the food court. I always get the Teriyaki Chicken with white rice, and my wife gets the same with fried rice. The portions are always huge and are a great value. If you go on Teriyaki Tuesday, it's only $7.99. We have never received bad food at any...

Had heard highly about Sarku Japan, but this place does not seem to keep up with the standards. Ordered the teriyaki chicken combo with noodles, the noodles were kind of slimy and the chicken had nothing like teriyaki flavour in it, just tasted like over-fried chicken. The staff was rude even though it was not busy they did not have any etiquettes of customer service. Only thing good was the portion size. They serve good a good quantity for the price paid.

Ate here multiple times and this has to be top notch simple Asian area food to eat. The fried rice chicken teriyaki with vegetables add beef is truly amazing. A must try if you like Japanese food.
