This is the cleanest, freshest and most friendliest Schlotzsky’s I have ever been to. Melanie the manager greeted everyone with a smile in line and just very nice! I’m coming back because they truly take care of their customers and the food was super fresh and delicious! This is how you run a restaurant! Love it!

Stopped in for a quick bite. Staff didnt offer any assistance. Just played on headsets and never came to the counter. Will never go back

The service was great, food was fresh & the shop was very clean/organized even in BOH! I took 1 star away because they forgot the added avocado on my sandwich.

Terrible service the day we came. Staff was unable to keep up with the rush unfortunately. Our family and friends who got their food was cold or slightly warm. They forgot about our food and had to remake it. They gave us a refund without us having to ask for one which made it easier. But in the end we finally got the food after about an hour after everyone else next to us. They are great whenever they aren't busy.

Food was good, my order had been ready for 5 minutes, and it was just sitting there.
Order here all the time and almost never have an issue. Food is always excellent and staff is always friendly. If I had to complain about one thing is they have run out of pizza crusts from time to time and when I go into order on a Saturday or Sunday its disappointing when they tell me that and I have to leave empty handed.

I don't actually go here, but every time I am next door Google asks how it is. I would have to say that schlotzsky's looks good when I pass by. The people I see going in and coming out seem alive. Hopefully now Google will stop asking.
