My favorite spot for Pho, it’s all about the broth! Been coming here 3 years strong now. The egg rolls are amazing with the fresh lettuce and cucumber. Sometimes I get the Grill Shrimp Vermicelli, it’s another favorite along with the Shaken Beef Plate. Plus who doesn’t love a daiquiri every once in a while :)

Food was great. Daiquiris, not so much. Definitely tasted like cheap flavored off brand juice.

I'm from California where the food is very diverse and authentic, so I had a hard time finding good Pho in Texas. However, I was ecstatic to come across this place because I thought the pho was delicious.

The signs and name of the place can lead you to believe this place is geared towards american tastes but that is not the case. The owners/cooks is vietnamese and you can tell the difference in the quality of their food. The pho is absolutely sensational and they use expensive oxtails to make the broth, not beef bones like typical pho restaurants. what you get is a pho broth so amazing with flavor that you do not even need hoisin sauce. drink the broth and enjoy the flavor first before you eat, then add small amounts of hoisin sauce til your liking. their sliced beef (Bò Tái) in the pho is sliced tenderloin or filet mignon. other restaurants use eye-round. this change gives the sliced beef a tender soft bite. other places, its usually tough and tasteless. their pho is the closest you can get to the tender love of homemade pho from a restaurant. probably because their cooks make it as they would at home. their menu does not have the (Đặc Biệt) Combination of eye-round, flank, fatty brisket, tendon, and tripe. their combination consists of soft tenderloin, oxtail, and meatballs. but that is more than enough to outshine any other pho restaurant. dont do your mouth a disservice by going to the trendier, more expensive spot down the street. this may be the only pho place you'll ever want to go to.
