Natalia is so sweet and nice! She was very knowledgeable about the menu and ingredients during my first visit. I just got my new favorite drink/obsession lol and sadly it’s just ice cubes :( I hope other employees can mix longer for smooth consistency.

Most of the shakes feel like they're filled with crushed ice except a few shakes.Their selling point is whey protein mix and it makes sense being inside the Maverick Activities Center but if you're just looking for a refreshing drink I'd say there's a Starbucks just a minute of walking away inside the The Commons building unless it's summer and they're closed!
