It was boring, I didn't like that the security didn't check my big purse, so I didn't feel safe, but Tuck was there, and he made it a life, and the workers were working. Im not going to take any stars away cause I vibe by myself, and I think this is a new bar. I honestly feel they need to check bags. I came alone, so I don't know if men are checked.

Came in here after a usfl game. Also on the day of opening day for the rangers, it was dead. We were skeptical about coming in because all the other bars were busy, well let’s just say I wish we would have listened to our gut instinct. Service was absolutely terrible. So so slow… seemed like they couldn’t handle the 20 people inside the building with several bartenders and servers. Food was expensive and cold. Pizza was greasy. Queso tasted like melted velveeta in the microwave. Chips were stale. Wings were ALL DRUMS when we asked for all flats. For a busy area this bar was pretty dead. I’ve been to several locations and This was by far the worst. Can’t imagine why they are dead. Music isn’t that great either, not sure what “crowd” they are catering to. They vacuumed in the middle of the day at 4pm. All the TVs were on the same channel . Half of them are not even working. Took over 10 minutes to get a beer because everyone was so “busy” AKA slow. Won’t be back to this location. I wish rather wait at Texas live down the street for some real service. Oh yeah.. asked for limes and the server said it would take 10 minutes for “fresh limes” because they weren’t cut. We never received those. Seemed we were forgot about.

First let me start with reviewing Shakes in general. I have visited all of their locations around the metroplex and I enjoy them all. While they differ a bit based on the neighborhood, one thing you can count on is the service and food/drink quality. This location is unique because of the location. They can be extremely if there an event taking place at any of the stadiums. With that being said they still do an amazing job at taking care of the guest. Ally in particular is an assets to this location and one of the reasons I keep coming back. She is always in a great mood, even when customers are being difficult. She is the type of person who remembers what you like but also treats everyone as a regular with fantastic service. My favorite day to visit it Taco Tuesday! With this economy everyone can appreciate a $1 taco!! Ally is sure to make my cheat night a great one but not feel guilty about it!

Visited on Wednesday night. Food overall is great. They have a trivia night every Wednesday which is fun. The employees however seemed a little "too lit". The young blonde bartender was slurring her words. She wasn't very attentive. She clearly had her favorites (must be well tipping regulars). Our service was extremely slow. It's sad because place has such a potential.
Very nice cozy place. A great place to watch a game or have a birthday party. Also a great place to chill, if u want to have a drink, eat and not be in a crowd.

I would give it one star but the food and most of the service was absolutely amazing and worth 5 stars. The manager however was extremely rude, I wanted to leave and miss the game just so I didn't have to witness/experience any more of the disrespect from her. No guest or employee should have to put up with that kind of behavior.... Great place, I was just so annoyed by her attitude I had to put in a review.
