Got my drink here. The small ice cubes in the drink ruined it, should take some time and blend it longer

How can they dare to change rewards program and not carry over previous rewards!

Even worse, when shown message from previous trip, they agreed that I was "pretty much screwed" out of my rewards.

Finally, when I stated that I would post bad review for bad business, they stated they were OK with this.

I guess they are making too much money, because they are NOT the only Boba place!

On the way back to Dallas, I had to grab a bubble tea from Sharetea. 🧋 But honestly, the milk tea here wasn’t great—I’d recommend going for the green tea or oolong tea instead, as they have a stronger tea flavor. Funny thing, though: the staff messed up my order, so I ended up with two cups. A blessing in disguise, perhaps?! 🧋🧋

I like that this place has brewed tea, which is good for me because I'm allergic to a lot of syrup ingredients. BUT they were also kind enough to show me the ingredients of the Wintermelon syrup and its actually very low in corn based ingredients so I went ahead and tried it (mild allergy to corn - can overlook "natural flavours" typically) and thats just really exciting! Its so hard to find drinks i can have when out and about but this makes me feel like sharetea might be a place i can get something, at least brewed tea for sure is safe so there is that! thank you! ??

Dietary restrictions: the syrup ingredients seem to be actual sugar and brown sugar rather than high fructose corn syrup or corn syrup or fructose which is really good for anyone with a mild allergy to corn or who is just wanting to avoid highly processed sugars :)

I wish the employees would smile when customers come in and greet them when they walk in. The boba was stiff.

I've found myself returning to this place several times, even though I don't know why. The Boba teas are rather unappealing; you can tell they're made from powder. While it's a nice spot, they really need to improve their $7 drinks.

At Sharetea, I tried the Mango Creama and it was pretty good. The mango flavor was natural, not too sugary, and the creamy layer on top was smooth. The boba pearls were just the right amount of chewy. Overall, it's a nice place to grab a quick and tasty drink.

The quality of the drinks varies........I am from Taiwan but I have to be honest: this Sharetea is nothing like the boba tea in Taiwan- the origin of boba tea.My husband noticed the screws on their chairs. They stick out too much can easily cut someone, so he recommended the staffs to correct the problem so it's not that dangerous. The staffs didn't even want to listen nor mind and issue. I hope they have good luck and no one will ever get hurt at this location. Otherwise, they'll be sued and paying for settlement. Lol...

This used to be my go-to boba shop since like 2016, but I will no longer be recommending this ShareTea location. TeaScoop and OneZo are down the street and have never disappointed me with consistently good quality and a welcoming atmosphere.Complaints:The drink always tastes completely different even though I order the exact same thing every time. How is my matcha gonna be missing the matcha?? 1% matcha 99% milk+sugar... This time, they didn't forget the matcha, but they did forget the sugar... I get being off a little, but it seems like just not even following the recipe. The boba isn't cooked properly and the customer service/atmosphere feels so unwelcoming. Why are the lights off? It feels like the shop isn't open yet and you end up just standing/sitting in the semi-dark.Idk if the staff just weren't given any proper training, but I felt like I wasted my time and money each time I came. There just does not seem to be any improvement each time I go, and now there are multiple boba shops in this area that can do 10x better in pretty much every aspect.
