This place is a mess, been here since I worked closed by 5 years ago. They always had bad customer service, decided to give them another try while I was in the area. Still worst customer service ever. Poor the lady was behind me, she didn’t even get a hi or hello, waiting for the worker to get her order. Time for me to stop come back here and drive more to Mansfield location. They always have best customer service.
Oh, and for three drinks there was no bag or cup holder, the worker didn’t offer, just handed them to me, so make sure you ask for one. Also, heads up, gift cards don’t apply here, even though I just used mine at the Mansfield location.
I came in on Dec 27 and it was very busy Saturday. The store was packed and only one person was available to take orders. There was a boy and a middle aged woman working. The woman kept abruptly asking me about my order and it felt very rude. When it came time to get my drink, she handed me someone else’s order and wasn’t sure which one was mine. It seemed like a lot of work for just the 2 workers but at the end of the day I still wasn’t met with great customer service. Do better sharetea.
Frequent this location and never have issues with my order. I always order the same thing and will occasionally try something new and it never disappoints.
Though I’m leaving the 4 stars because I agree with the few other reviews in regard to the attitude of the staff toward customers on more than one occasion.
The most recent being that I walked in (alone) on a Friday at 8:58pm (yes I’m aware it’s annoying when a customer walks in right before close) but I just wanted a hot tea after a long & very sad day.
The neon ‘open’ sign in the window was still on, yet I walk in and half the lights are off, the staff is mopping & looked up with the nastiest eye roll and never spoke a word but just stared at me. I immediately turned around and walked out and it was only until then an employee turned off the sign in the window.
I understand employees getting home, but if a paying customer walks in during business hours, they should have the opportunity to be served without malice. The business hours of this place needs to be updated to the actual operating hours to avoid any future incidents and unpleasant interactions as such. It will help both the customers & staff.
Love this place more than Kung Fu Tea! Always a delight and when you get a chance, ask the cashier to pick something for you.... so far.... I've been to two different locations and all 5 times I have asked for them to pick. Each time it has been different and each time its been awesome!
The attitude of these workers at this location is not the best. Staff treats customers poorly and should work on their customer service. Lost a loyal customer to this location. Will be going to another location in the DFW. Trust me, not worth your time or money.
Service was excruciatingly slow. 5 workers om shifts, no other customers besides me (solo btw), and the order took 13 minutes. Unacceptable.

Got my drink here. The small ice cubes in the drink ruined it, should take some time and blend it longer

How can they dare to change rewards program and not carry over previous rewards!
Even worse, when shown message from previous trip, they agreed that I was "pretty much screwed" out of my rewards.
Finally, when I stated that I would post bad review for bad business, they stated they were OK with this.
I guess they are making too much money, because they are NOT the only Boba place!
On the way back to Dallas, I had to grab a bubble tea from Sharetea. 🧋 But honestly, the milk tea here wasn’t great—I’d recommend going for the green tea or oolong tea instead, as they have a stronger tea flavor. Funny thing, though: the staff messed up my order, so I ended up with two cups. A blessing in disguise, perhaps?! 🧋🧋
Menu was confusing...didn't get any boba... online menu didn't make sense to me..
All three drinks wrong... I was sooo sad..maybe I'll go in person
