Super pissed I said I needed 3 small snow cones in a medium cups.. she gave me 3 small snow cones of one flavor and then mine.. instead of giving my money back she said that that’s what she read back to me.. instead of having an ear bud in your ear maybe you should’ve taken it out so you can hear better.. I did say I only needed 3 snow cones.. for the total of 3 ppl in the car.. she gave me 6 snow cones all together.. I used to like this place but her attitude sucks and needs to work on customer service skills! I definitely won’t be back and I will be sure to let my friends and family know not to go to that location!!!

Horrible customer service. The girls working this evening clearly hate there job and there customers. Went by about 7:15pm the snowcone my kids got had 0 flavor. All ice. Went up to the window was greeted with just an aggressive open window. Explained the situation and Emily I think they said her name was said they were using a different company for flavors. And thats how it tastes...told me she wasn't going to replace the snow cones instead throw another flavor on top of the already flavorless cone. Like wth! My kids ended up throwing them away when we got home. Instead of replacing them with a different flavor she lost customers.

First time a week ago and it was great!!! Blue Hawaiian and a Watermelon prices are Great!!!! I have paid for expensively priced snow ones before and the flavor does not go all the way through butttt these do, FLAVOR FROM TOP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP- not sugar but the actual flavor ?? Yum Yum ! The grandchildren loved them
