Too oily and too salty this is not what we call shawarma

The cheese pie is hard like a rock, seemed they microwave it till it get so hard and even can't eat, I ended up throwing it. Fries is full of salt and shawarma dry and doesn't taste good.
Spend your money somewhere else for the same price as restaurant, for 11$ plus tax is not worth it

I placed an order on doordash and i forced myself to finish half and i only did that because i paid $21. The falafel was cold and stale. No substance. The hummus was as thin as water and tasteless and the chicken shawarma didn’t taste good either will never come back for this robbery

My small order bowl comes with pita bread. But it was missing from my order. After asking one and only one working person, he said it comes with only large order. I check your website and it does come with pita

would like to share my disappointment with my recent visit. The service did not meet expectations, and the sandwich I received was very small—almost like a sample—and not satisfying in taste looks like empty.

Additionally, the portions felt unnecessarily limited, which gave an impression of stinginess and left me feeling unsatisfied. For the price paid, I had expected better value and a more enjoyable experience.

I hope you take this feedback constructively to improve both your service and food quality, as I believe many customers value generosity and good hospitality.

It’s supposed to be garlic sauce but taste like sour cream and the tortilla bread barely toasted .

The food was different from my pallet of foods that I'm use to. If you like to try somewhere different come here, the service was absolutely great. It was a clean place and while you eat you get to watch a movie. I'll be back to try something else different.

I didn’t order because the guy at the register was rushing me. “Are you going to order?!” As if I wasn’t looking at the million menu items. I just said no because you have an attitude. He didn’t speak or anything. He just came from the back and stood at the register.

Come to Shawarma Bites down the road. Family owned and I love their food as well as the service.

Awful, I should have looked at the more recent reviews. Got a beef shawarma wrap and a beef and falafel rice bowl with salad. The wrap is super small, about the size of a $1 Taco Bell burrito and quality was about the same but it cost $8. Beef bowl was 90% rice with only little shreddings of beef, falafel was tasteless and hard, not crispy. Rice was slightly undercooked.

Overpriced, terrible portions, low quality, and no flavor.

I'm so disappointed. I've tried this pace 4 times total and the the first 2 times it was amazing! My husband is from Jordan and said it tasted just like back home. Then the last two times it was terrible, one of those times being today. It was Extremely dry! No sauce at all just hummus. I even got the supreme today and it was dry and not spicy at all. The 1st time I had it was so spicy it was hard to finish (but it was very good and had lots of sauce) different people were working there the last 2 times. Idk but there is one man that works there that knows what he's doing and the rest do not at all. Unfortunately it looks like we will not be going back.
The only reason it's 2 stars instead of just one is because those first 2 times were so extremely good.

Place is terrible. I used to come here 2 years back and loved it as a memory I came here back and was very disappointed with the way how lazy the staff was and how much desperate he seemed to overcharge (even for sauces that usually come with fries complimentary in combo he billed me $1 for each so, $3 for 3 sauces I mean I’m shocked despite him not having fries available 😒). Things didn’t end there the beef shawarma he brought was trash as hell because the beef was so much grilled that the meat turned into black little hard stones which were hard to chew. I had my own shawarma shop in the past and I’m shocked with the skills of the employees here plus their lazy attitude of instead to fix things they just come and say “sorry I’m new” and then leave you with their despicable food to eat or throw.

Please just avoid going here. I’m never going back here. (Just FYI Incident occurred at 11:48AM On May 12th 2025)
