Crawfish tasted dirty, as if they weren't cleaned fully. Idk whats in the photo but it looks like grass or a old leaf. Had to throw the bag away did not taste good. Seasoning is to salty also.

We went here with a very large group we got a table very quickly took them 30 minutes to come around just for a drink order took at least another 30 minutes to get the drink order took at least 45 minutes to come back to take our orders then they bring out one plate for one person wants about every 15 minutes waited 45 minutes while we were there to find out they didn't even have the food that one of us ordered 45 minutes ago had to wait another 30 minutes to place a new order two orders came out to burnt. Talk to manager who did the accommodate for anything that went wrong through the entire night we will never go back and on top of that play automatically added a 20% tip onto everybody's bill that was there they deserve zero tip and we definitely did not deserve to pay for any of the food that was served Big E

Came here with a large group. We were sat quickly. But that was honestly the quickest service from our visit here. It took 30 mins to take our order. And 45 mins to get our food. The waitress came after one of plates were served (45 mins after they ordered) and said they were out of what he ordered. The waitress served us one plate at a time at least 10-15 mins between plates. So by the time the last of us got their food everyone was almost done. The last plate was burnt and dried out. The manager didn't even try to accommodate any of us. Needless to say, we will not be back. Overpriced for less than satisfactory service.

Absolutely horrible. The food is expensive with no taste and they barely give you any. Ordered several fried shrimp baskets and received six burnt shrimp and a child size amount of fries in each one. Noone greets you so I knew when I had to wait forever to be seated, I should have left and eaten somewhere else. Then the person who seated us acted annoyed that we wanted another table while being seated because it was dirty and wet.

CRYSTAL WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! We had a huge party and she didn’t miss a beat. This was the first time we went somewhere to eat as a big family and didn’t have to send anything back! She also celebrated two birthdays for our family members! How bout we give this business a -1 it don't deserve a star ✨️. Sad thing I want to take one of my best friand there to celebrate her birthday and get a couple of drinks and have a girl's day out. Well little did we know that we was going to walk into a disaster . soon as we walked in There was no acknowledgment of us 3 being in the front until 5 minutes.A guy walked up and said we can sit anywhere which we later learned it was the GM lol that's what they said. Then when we sat ourselves we waited over 10 minutes for waitress to come. Then When Mallory, our waitress finally came, we ordered drinks and all I ordered was a Margarita with salt.She brought it with sugar and then when I asked for another 12 redo it with the salt it took over thirty minutes. Then, the rude bartender brought the drink and slammed it on the table ? I told her she could take it back with that attitude...smhMy friend ordered one shot.The lady brought 2 and says she wouldn't charge it.It was on the house, but you know how they work.When we got the bill it was on it so we had to dispute that. Then my other friend which was the birthday girl about a hurricane which was so sweet.She couldn't taste the liquor when they brought another one.It was a different color instead of being reddish orange it was orange color. Then when the food came outMy friend got A seafood boil which had no corn and potatoes, but didn't find out later that they ran out of corn and potatoes and have the audacity to say they need to Go to the store or my friend can stop by the store on my way home to get the corn. That was a straight insult and she was playing like we was cool.It just got worse by the minute. The Manager Dre came out to assist and he didn't know how to talk. He looked intimidate and then the GM Corey came back kept apologizing but I Reassured him that I didn't care if they had free food for the day.I wouldn't come back because of the services we received and the lack of communication of the lack of food.It was so bad that I Tipped alonzo the guy that clean the tables off $20 because of how engaged he was with the clients walking in. He even sat them down when they came and at the same time he was cleaning off the other table. He treated all the guests like we should have been treated when we first got there. And it wasn't being paid, but our waiter happened to walk up.When she saw him talk to us and I tipped him the twenty dollars right in front of her and I let the owner know why and why the waitress wasn't getting a tip because of the services and rudeness.. TO THE POINT THE GM ONLY CHARGED US $12 A PIECE FROM OUR ORIGINAL BILL . THEN WE WENT NEXT DOOR TO BOOMERJACKS AND ATE AND GOT TIPSY AND TALKED ABLY HOUR THE BAD SERVICES NEXT DOOR....But the moral of this long story. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK.
