Tried out this place for the first time. Arrived half hour before close. Cupcakes been siting out all day. Asked for a sample to confirm still moist and worth the high price of about 5.00 for 1 cupcake. Lady said oh no we never offer samples. I would assume she was the owner. But Why? What do you have to hide? You're about to close and can't discount what's left or cut one up to offer a sample. Was looking for a place to order 50 for upcoming party. Lost my business.

I honestly never run into an issue here and never had issues with cupcakes, the cupcakes are always moist to me and sometimes I even buy some for my dog, customer service is always is always super friendly!

I tried Smallcakes Cupcakery and Creamery through my "Too Good To Go" App and just loved everything about it! To start with, of course, is the yummy cupcakes and ice cream. The cupcakes are gorgeous and big. And they are as great as they look. Moist and flavorful, the icing is rich and delicious. I just have not seen this quality of cupcake before. They do have small cupcakes that are as good as the big ones. They're perfect for finding your favorite flavors. They have ice creams too and I believe they are homemade-they sure taste like it. I had Cream Cheese with Carrot Cake. Oh so good. The cupcake we've tried so far was the wedding cake one with little white pearls (Adorbs!) and the Strawberry. Next wedding shower those wedding cupcakes are for sure on my list. So many to choose from but I wanted to get this up ASAP because I was so impressed and I don't want anyone to have to buy those dried out things at the grocery. This place is so cute inside. It's perfect for a treat for a good report card or job well done or "I Love my wife" occasion. LIttle white tables to sit in and spotlessly clean room. One of the best things about the Cupcakery and Creamery is the lovely, lovely people behind the counter. They are super nice and I couldn't help thinking how pleasant it would be working with them. My sister and I had a 2 year old with us and they didn't blink an eye. So nice to us! Please try this place! It's in the Highlands in Arlington, catty corner from Dave and Buster's. You'll love it!
