Love the food and the service is great, but the constant extra charges for nearly everything come off as a bit excessive. It makes the experience feel more nickel-and-dimed than premium. Instead of adding value, it actually takes away from what I’d normally leave as a tip. Just some honest feedback!

rib tips and fries, I never had the fries in bbq sauce experience.
beef tips with mac & cheese on the side on something called Injera a spongy, sour flatbread. the beef tips were chewy and unseasoned, not going to even speak on the mac & cheese. very disappointed spending $40.00 on this. it's not something we will do again I Guarantee that.

The rib tips, greens, and macaroni were 🔥. Good service, good atmosphere.
Kid-friendliness: Good service, had to keep asking for drink refills though.

Food was tasty. It is and interesting fusion for sure. The brisket was my fave. Def not a destination to go and eat, although they do have seating, but def worth a pick up.
Great location and atmosphere. I tried the brisket plate and the BBQ is basic, flavor was very basic and comparable to Dickeys (nothing to write home about). Sauce was simple and lacking robust flavor. Especially for the cost I'd seek other competitors

Food was seasoned great. But the portions were very small. Another table asked for an extra side and was told that they ran out of food. Explains why our two person $80 dollar platter was so small. Such a bad look.
Parking: very convenient in front
Kid-friendliness: high chairs available

Food was great but it took 10 minutes to be served. We walked in and there was a guy finishing his order. When he finished the guy working the counter never made eye contact with me or the person I was with. He began taking calls and doing other things but never acknowledged my presence so that I could order. A lady who was finishing up cleaning tables finally came to take our order as she saw us growing upset and getting ready to leave. The initial guy who was working the counter still never acknowledged our presence or apologized for the wait.

I had the baked potato & brisket sandwich...it was okay...baked potato was mid & the brisket okay...i didn't know the sandwich came with onions which got on my french fries & made the tasteweird. ..
The food is good don’t get me wrong. This place has the NERVE to charge you an extra 3% on your order if you pay with a credit card. I told the cashier “HELL NO! I’m not paying for your credit card service! That’s your bill. Take it off or keep your food! Simple as that!”

Was really excited to try this place when I moved to the area. Stopped in on a whim and our dinner was very disappointing. The restaurant was busy but our food took about 30 minutes to come out, food was cold, meats were dry and lacking flavor and honestly overpriced for what we got. Fountain iced tea tasted off. Husband and I both felt ill for about 24 hours after eating there and won't be back again.

Sometimes this place is great! Other times it’s not. The inconsistency is astounding! I’ve eaten here at least 15 times. The food is usually good (but sometimes it’s not). The one thing they are consistent at is getting my order wrong. (It’s a simple order) 12 out of 15 times they have made a mistake with my order. They have so much potential to be great! But they lack consistency 😢

For my fellow Habesha people, don’t fall for the review videos, comments, or suggestions. We ordered the Ethiopian platter for two and the Ethiopian vegan combo, and both were extremely disappointing. The food had no flavor, the meat smelled and looked disgusting , and the vegan combo was just downright horrible. We spent $90 on the worst food ever. This place is massively overhyped for no reason—don’t waste your gas and money coming here!
