I don't get how I come here 2 times before and was able to get a strawberry smoothie with no problems I come in today and they tell me they can't do just a strawberry smoothie what kind of smoothie place can't do a strawberry smoothie. Also waited at the counter for 10 mins waiting for someone to just to take my order.

I normally do not give 5-star ratings to any place because I tend to see a decline after I do. I pray that is not the case for this store. Because I travel for work, I normally frequent Smoothie King for either breakfast or dinner. That being said, please know this is one of the cleanest ones I have been in by far. Not only are they clean, the atmosphere is so inviting. The customer service is top tier. Cade B. has waited on me quite a few times since my newest assignment. He is the nicest, warmest, person I have met in a long time. Don't know if he is single ladies but he is very easy on the eyes with the kindest spirit ever...IJS. The store is truly worth a visit to get your daily serving of vitamins and fruit. Thank you store 696 for changing my mind about Smoothie King because I was almost done with the franchise as a whole.

Refused to sub almond milk for pear juice. I eat smoothie king every day. I am allergic to nuts. Also allergic to any of the “powders” I was asked to sub for instead. “Manager” or owner admitted to just wanting to charge more for the smoothie to “make money.” Would rather drive 10 mins to another location or a Jamba Juice. Poor service.

It’s 7/12/2025 I ordered at 8:07 they open at 8 SUPPOSEDLY, I pull up at 8:12 no one was there I waited and WAITED and Waited it’s now 10:04 still not open me and several other customers placed online orders and they are not operating

I’m an almost daily smoothie king customer and this has been by far one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The staff was most welcoming, engaging, and seemed like he just really enjoyed his job.
