I've come to this location at least 5 or 6 times now and service has always been good. Smoothies taste great. I always do drive thru, so not sure how clean it is, but I'm sure its just as good.

Great prices and people. Nova is always so nice when he is on the drive thru window. Been here multiple times with no issues with the people or my smoothies. Only issue is just trying to get back out on cooper or park row when it’s busy.

Nit a Smoothie King I would recommend. Came here tonight right at 9 pm and they refused service and refused to give the name of their manager or their names. The person who refused my order argued with me stating it was 9:01 pm instead of 9 pm. I wanted a smoothie for my kid but nevermind with rude employees arguing with customers. Not for me Dutch Bros here I come. If I could have given no star I would have!!

this SK is a joke. they're the slowest SK on the planet. you order ahead and they still wait until you get there to make it then they take 15 min to idk what th they're doing but they're clearly joking around with each other not giving a single care and with no urgency. what's the point of ordering ahead? i won't go back to this one

This place doesn't do what you pay for playing in your face not worth your time smoothie king should really do a better hiring job or implementing better standards of the person doing the hiring and more scrutiny of the person they hire.
I got a free 20 ounce coupon in the Mail and I accidentally went to the wrong one And they were so rude for no reason I literally don’t know why and then I came to this one and the customer service was just incredible. I asked for my smoothie extra sweet and they made it delicious. They were so nice literally made me wanna come back next time even though it’s farther just for the customer service

Not the best service today. I ordered an açaí bowl at the window and the girl looked at me dead faced without saying a word when I ordered. She just said “what?”. I was a bit confused and said “hello?” since she could not hear me. Then I’m guessing a manager came and took my order a second time. The girl seemed too dazed to take an order?… Very odd service this afternoon.
