Kid Friendly
I got two smoothies, a Peanut Butter Smoothie and an Angel Fit smoothie. Both smoothies are extremely watered down, My Peanut butter smoothie tastes like pure peanut butter water and is disgusting. The angel fit isn’t even a smoothie it’s purely water. Second I was overcharged on my peanut butter smoothie. I got a 20 ounce but was clearly charged for a 32 ounce on the receipt because it shows 32 right next to my smoothie. This would’ve been fine i guess if they actually gave me a 32 ounce but I was given a 20 ounce for the price of a 32. This is completely unacceptable.

It’s taken a few days for me to write my review- I’ve just been super busy- but really want to say how much I appreciated Crystal the other day. She was so well informed on my drink and making sure it was dairy free. She gave me suggestions that I had no idea about. And she was very personable and nice. I do hope you can figure out how to help more of the teenagers that go to the high school across the street. They have a very short lunch, so they can’t take too much time, and they definitely can’t pay allot for their drink, but need to eat healthier than just fast food options.

The manager DANIEL ROBINSON is so swagalicious and always puts my smoothie in the sigma cups. 10/10. He’s got your back bbg. The team is so skibidi alpha and the smoothies are ALWAYS made the ocky way. This is the place to go for the most skibidi expierence. #fortnite.

Let me just say I rarely make google reviews but I have to tell this experience to everyone I can. Today I experienced the best service. An uber driver failed to deliver my order I contacted the store and was helped by this beautiful soul Crystal the assistant manager. She help me finding the number to corporate and then helped track down the issue with my order and placed a refund. Mind you see did all this while still managing the store during a rush on a Friday. I ended up reordering and the smoothies we made to perfection and she left me and gift with a note hoping that it will improve my day. And it definitely did the love and support is something unmatched. I can’t even full express my level of gratitude i’m beyond grateful

Don’t go here. Every single time I come here I buy the large gladiator and they make it so thick I can only enjoy half of it. So I paid for a large but get a small. I ordered a smoothie not a pasty ice cream. This time I told the lady it was too thick and she took it back and just threw water on top of it. Really? How lazy can you get? I’ll never come back to this location ever again. A refund would be nice.
