For the most part, this place is great. The snow cones are delicious and even the sugar free flavors are pleasant. However, I’m tempted to give it a 3 star since there’s a couple employees who are incredibly apathetic. You’ll quickly receive a side eye for any inconvenient task such as asking for extra napkins because that same employee overfilled the cup. Seriously, it stained my console. There’s little things that are important to me. One of these things is the quality of the ice shaving. Most employees with shave it down to be nice and smooth for a pleasant experience. The apathetic ones will give you a snow cone that’s closer to sleet instead of snow.

This place has the best snow cones! it has been here for many years. it's a staple, wish it was year round.
Been a favorite of mine for 30 years at this location. I usually do peaches & cream but it's too bitter for some, so I recommend strawberries & cream snowcones. ❤️

I'm almost 45 yrs old and I've been coming here since I was 14. I absolute love your snow flakes! Soft and flavorful! I unfortunately don't have transportation but live in arlington, I must ask if you use delivery method? If so which one?
If not I'll just have to talk to neighbor or friend to bring me!! Thank you all for your superb products and all the COOL years of JOY and flavor to my life and our community! Keep up the great work with great staff!

Annoyed because they were not busy at all when I went to this location for the first time. I called before going to confirm if they took cash or card and couldn’t get anyone to answer. They had a sign on the window that said “no cash app anymore, cash only”. Annoyed because they wouldn’t make an exception I just had to drive away.
