Avoid the Sonic on Bowen by Pleasant Ridge. Staff is bothered they have to actually do anything. Food takes forever and is rarely what you order. Not sure what is happening here. There were stalls labeled as "cash only" and then a number of others were out of order. We watched car after car attempt to find an open spot before leaving. How awful.
I tried the current smash burger, which is great. The same goes for the crinkle fries. My strawberry limeade, however, was 75% ice and mix. Extremely disappointing.
They do check the order while placed and then confirm again when served....

I go between 2 and 4pm for half priced drinks and Sonic's tea is delicious. Their ice is perfect; not hard and just the right size. If I need a snack I order a chili cheese dog or corn dog, very good and just $1.99.
Parking: You park, place your order and stay in your spot or take with you. Their bags of ice are great to take with you for later.
