Davion was rude and would barely speak at all. Very bad attitude and did not appear to care about any customer service whatsoever. If I was the manager, he would be released from working as he did not seem to be an asset to the store.

I parked on the drive #23 it was packed on the backside of me and was told to park closer within 1 minute from pushing the button.So I moved to the opposite side and parked closer and pushed button and no one was taking my order. I waited 9 minutes and left.

Whew! I had a disappointing experience at this Sonic location today. I arrived around 12:30 PM and pressed the button to order. The lady came on the speaker and said, âWhat can I get you?â No âhello,â no greeting at all. I responded, âHello, how are you?â After a long pause, she finally said, âGood, how are you?â I replied that I was doing well and placed a simple order: a small Blue Coconut Slush.
A minute or two later, a guy came outside to my car and told me the slush machine was down. I asked why I wasnât told that when placing the order, and he said they didnât know until they tried to pour it and it splattered everywhere.
I just said ok and drove off, but the whole vibe was off. It felt like I was an inconvenience when placing an order rather than a customer. Basic courtesy seems to be missing here. I donât know I may be olâ school, but I feel like you should always speak, and her tone came across just off putting like she was aggravated. I really hope they get it together because that type of service is disappointing.
Ordered on the app. Given the wrong order to start with. He walked off, leaving me with the food, and when I called him back, he took the food and then gave it to the correct car which is a huge health hazard. I didn't touch the food, but they had no way of knowing that at the time so they gave the food to another car, not knowing if it could have been tampered with. Kinda hard to trust what I'm eating here knowing that they will take that risk with my food. Also, when they brought my actual order out, it was missing the cheese sauce fore the pretzel twist. Had to call them back again and they told me they were out of it and when I asked for a refund for the pretzel, they told me to give the pretzel twist back, despite the fact that I had already taken a bite from it. Really don't recommend coming here since they don't seem encouraged to make sure the customer is satisfied with their order and are okay with expecting you to be okay with missing parts of your order.
The only positive thing was that the car hop was very nice and apologetic and quick to get me my correct order.

This is the worst sonic in the world no joke. Itâs all ignorant rude kids that donât know how to treat customers. My order has been wrong every single time eaten there. They have no management just high school kids doing whatever they want. I will never go back there

absolutely disgusting service! i asked for light ice they put extra ice i asked them to redo the drink it was a problem my buger didnât have the toppings that were listed and it was a problem i dont understand why people work but donât want to follow the rules! i had an issue with the mobile app so i continued to the screen pressing the red button when i proceeded to say online order she immediately cut me off interrupting saying â okay wait we arenât doneâ
