The mobile app is down evidently. I asked them if they would honor the half-price drink discount that you typically order through the app since the system was down and they said no. I asked to speak with the manager and they didn’t put anybody on, so our party of five left and went to Wendy’s. Sonic won’t see any of my money for a long time.

The worst Sonic I have ever been to in my life by far! I keep giving this place a chance since I live in the neighborhood and regret it every time! Enough is enough. If you're lucky enough to even get a response, guarantee your order will be screwed up.

If you order on the mobile app you’ll wait 20-30 minutes for a shake. If you pay with cash and it’s busy you wont get your exact change back and it’s hassle to get them back.
