When to sonic and it says there open but no one ever comes out and there isnt a persin in sight? This has happened a few times now. It was 1130 p.m. So are they open til midnight or is the internet wrong?

I was going to call them and let them know but then I realized that they already knew , that’s what took them so long to get 2 large French vanilla iced coffee , they knew that their machine or whatever isn’t working and this is what I got for 11.00 dollars . I didn’t even think to try it before I got all way home only to be embarrassed. Thanks ! Yal are the best !

This Sonic had left me to wait for almost an hour by the time they got to me they somehow gave my online order to someone else.

This is the worst Sonic location in the area. The service has always been terrible, and despite the numerous negative reviews, nothing improves. This last time we parked in a spot and waited 5 mins for someone to take our order…no cars in the drive thru, only 4 other cars parked. No one at this location cares, therefore I no longer care about giving them money.

For the second time they let me waiting for over 5 minutes after pressing the button to order. First time happened about 4 days ago. The lighted button went off after about 5 minutes and I had to press it for the second time. Second time I just left since they took too long and never took my order. I'm not planning on going back to this Sonic.

Don't get the corn dogs or hot dogs , they are ALWAYS over cooked to the point they are not edible. We ordered twice in two weeks and both times part of the order was wrong the other part was just trash only the drinks were not thrown away both times . First time we were just hoping it was a fluke and a bad day so I went back again tonight to fulfill our craving and again no luck . Just don't go to this location period

They took a long time with my order, gave me the wrong drink, and there was a hair in my food. Very disappointed with the service.
Atmosphere is classic sonic style. But food has a 30% chance its correct. Rarely is the food not over cooked, overly fried or just wrong entirely. Lately when Ive been in the past 5 months service has been subpar. Today my husbands corn dog was green and the breading hard and stale. The route 44 had so much ice I literally could hardly get the straw down in it and have enough for the meal.

This Sonic does not offer half price shakes. At 7 pm we paid full price for two strawberry shakes that did not have any strawberry in them and no cherries. This store used to be good but no longer. Stick to Andy’s, they are better and don’t have false advertising.
