I just wanna say thank you to everyone who worked at 1pm to 2PM today (1/15/26)! I got food here and when I went to leave, I spilled my ice cream all over my passenger seat and floorboard. I started using napkins and tissues from in my car to clean up my mess. I then realized it was ice cream and probably needed to be spot cleaned with some water to help from spoiling and smelling. I asked one of the workers who is cleaning a few stalls over from me if I could get a cup of water...

Honestly, I used to love eating at Sonic. But it seems like since being bought out by a private equity company, the food just keeps getting worse. The pickles are the worst I've ever had, the portion sizes continue to drop, and the prices keep going up. My favorite breakfast items have changed and they they aren't even enticing. I actually have deleted the app and have no plans on going back. I feel bad for the employees.

The simplicity of being able to park your car becomes a sort of private eating room which is genuinely great if you're with family, we usually set up a phone or iPad with a tv show on it while we just eat and laugh.
