The absolute most disgusting chili cheese dog ever made. Took the first couple bites then realized the hot dog is cold. Look closer and it's so gray even in the inside I threw it away. It wouldn't hurt them to change their oil for the tots either. On another note the young guy that handled my order was polite.

Very bad service. The lady, I don't know if it was because of my weight, didn't want to walk to take my order. I waited 20 minutes before 11 pm and she didn't attend to me. I kept asking for my order and nothing... They should hire people who want to work, not just hang around. You pay and consume, you don't just pass through.

idk why there are so many bad reviews. every employee i’ve interacted with here have been super nice, and the food is always what you ask for! only thing i’d change here is for u guys to get a new speaker box lol it’s so quiet 😄 will def be back tho!

Congratulations to the owner. Your store will now lose 29 orders a month due to the new management. My orders are usually correct but with new management they have been incorrect every time and the new management made zero attempt to correct the errors. And to add insult to injury the new manager is the epitome of unprofessionalism. Do something about the unprofessionalism or the store will continue to lose business

Sonic is usually one of my favorite quick stops, but this particular location hasn’t measured up to others in the area. The idea of “hot and fast” doesn’t always apply here. While the food itself can be fine once it finally arrives, the wait times feel much longer than they should for a drive-in.
I’ve had times where drinks showed up wrong or out of things during peak hours, which is frustrating when that’s half the reason you pull in. Burgers and coneys taste like Sonic classics, but too often they arrive lukewarm, as if they sat waiting to be run out.
Service is also inconsistent. Some carhops are friendly, but others drop the order off without much effort to make sure it’s accurate. I’ve had small mistakes like missing condiments or sides, and while not a deal breaker, it adds up over time. The lot itself could use more attention tooit doesn’t have that same tidy look I’ve seen at better Sonic locations.
At its best, Sonic should be about convenience and speed, but this location just hasn’t nailed those basics. If it tightened up on service and kept food quality consistent, it would be much stronger. For now, it lags behind other nearby Sonics.

The drive is way messed up and if you have a lower car or don’t like rocks messing up your wheels just avoid this area.
Luke warm burger, cheese not melted, trash can was rusty and old, screen to order was barely legible, On a good note, service was fast and pleasant.

Sat at the drive through speaker for 10minutes before any one spoke or took my order. I was the only car in the drive through. Finally received order just for it to be incorrect. Customer Service not good at all.

this is the worst sonic the kids that work there don’t wanna work , they take forever they can’t even do the bare minimum and act like us being customers are an inconvenience ! how is this sonic still open !

Unfortunately I am writing this because apparently they are unable to make simple burgers and provide what I purchased even with a trip back to get what wasn't given still all three burgers that was supposed to have everything on them had nothing on the and thing on them we asked to not be on the burgers was. I just lost family and didn't have it in me to make dinner and this is how this place was. Incapable of making anything to order and to provide all that was ordered.
