First off, none of the ordering screens are working in any of the stalls so you can’t see your order on the screen. We ordered a garlic butter bacon burger, without bacon. It comes with mayo, garlic butter, and grilled onions. We got ours, no bacon (as requested), no grilled onion and a ton of mayo. Sent it back and asked for less mayo and the grilled onions it was supposed to have on it. Came out with one with raw onion. Sent it back again said it’s supposed to be grilled onion. Came out with another one, STILL with raw onions. Apparently whoever is on the grill doesn’t know what GRILLED onions are. The carhop was very friendly and probably frustrated with whoever is on the grill. Will not be back to this location until they can get things under control.

The girl at the drive through kept my card and ran charges on it. I just had to call Arlington PD. Literally empty the account I used for my order. I'm very disappointed. And I know the owner of this sonic and it's a shame he'll need to deal with employees that steal. Never using this sonic ever again!

First I sat at the stall for over 15mins. No one said anything, I went to the drive thru and was told to pull to the window. I go to the window and no one approaches me to take my order, because they were busy talking to each other hanging over the table in the store and I received dirty looks when I arrived to the window. When someone finally approaches (the girl with the long finger nails and glasses and yellow beanie) rudely asks what I wanted. When I finally get my order, the girl acts like she can’t extend her arm making me lean all the way out my car, she then slams the window when she’s finished.

This particular location has been historically terrible. Carhop did all but give us the middle finger when bringing the food. Almost all of the speakers are busted and you can't hear what they are saying at all including the drive thru. Sonic is okay overall but this location is terrible.

Waited over 30 mins for a small pickle fry & small popcorn chicken. Then got the wrong order. By the time I got my actual food, it was cold & I didn’t have time to eat it anymore. All this after a 20% tip too.

I went to sonic after church to get my grandson breakfast, I pulled into a stall and placed an order. The credit card machine on the menu board wasn't working, as I was told by staff on the intercom. They sent a team member out to get my card to go inside and run the card. As I waited over 20 minutes, I hit the intercom to ask where my order was and that the young man never returned with my credit card. I was told he'd be out with the card and my order, another 15 or so minutes went by, I sent my grandson to the door to get someone to assist me, the door was not accessible to patrons,only staff. I buzzed back to find out the reason I hadn't received the food or my credit card, I was told they're looking for my credit card, another 15 minutes went by, the team member came out and said he lost my card, he did bring the food, and said he came out and couldn't find me, I said I've been parked right here the whole time I don't believe you ever came out, because I haven't moved. He apologized and went back in to look for the credit card. 30 minutes go by, and he comes back to say he thinks the card fell into the lock box and it can't be retrieved..only by a supervisor who he said would be coming in an hour to open it.i waited and no one arrived. I asked for the number for the supervisor, and no one answered. I then asked to speak to someone else, the young man said he was the manager and they would arrive in a few hours and I should come back, while I was home, I contacted corporate offices and they said they would file a claim on the matter. When I arrived back at the restaurant hours later, other staff came out to tell me no one was coming and it would be a week before the lock box could be opened. No one can tell me how the card got there or if in fact it was even in the box. I was given another number to a different person (I DO HAVE NAMES) to call no one ever answered or bothered yo return my call. I got a call 4 days later and was told they can't open the box for another week. I just moved to Texas and my bank card is from a credit union in Nebraska, I didn't have access to my money and had to call my credit union to cancel the card and order a new one which took an additional 10 days to get. The supervisor who did call didn't appear sympathetic to what I was dealing with, although he offered apologies that didn't help my situation, he offered to comp my meal for that order ($12) I had to max out credit cards to live until I could get my new card. The supervisor took my address and offered my grandson gift cards ( which I never got) the upper management never contacted me after 2 calls to them, and the whole ordeal was very unpleasant and unprofessional. I will never dine at sonic again the service was terrible my grandson ordered French toast and was given mustard instead of syrup, it was cold by the time we received it, as I assume they were in there looking for my credit card, no one seemed to care that this was even an issue. I am very disappointed with sonics unprofessionalism and they way they chose to handle my case.TJ MorrisGrand Prairie Texas

Went today at 6:45 pm and ordered a snickers blast. They told me go ahead and pull forward. I sat in line just for the girl at the window to tell me that they are only selling Halloween candy blasts. Just say you don't want to make it because I called the one on Matlock and they had it. Not only did you waste my time waiting in line, you sat up here and lied to my face with a smirk on yours. Horrible service!

Pass on the corn dogs and Tatar tots. Tots undercooked and corn dog triple over cooked. Boo! How hard is it do do it right, Sonic Franchise Owner and Employees?You can do better, have had great food from other Sonic locations.

What ever you do, do not come to this sonic. I literally waited 35 minutes for 2 medium drinks, and it's every time I go here too not just once. You would think it would be quicker ordering from the app but they're just standing around doing nothing but taking their time on every order. There is a better location right up the street on Debbie ln.
