This Sonic has never gotten my order right and always takes a ridiculously long time. I'm never coming here again and I highly recommend going to any other nearby fast food place. The Sonic up on Randol Mill is good!

The car hop was really nice. He felt bad because he was only person during happy HR. Getting orders out. Our food was hot and good even though they were busy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The guy who took my order constantly talked over me and cut me off. He got mad and rolled his eyes at me and they got my room mate's order wrong. The fries were old and stale, and I think he spit on my burger. It was totally off-putting and he looked unkept like he didn't wash his hands or face & should not be working in any type of customer service ESPECIALLY working with people's food!

Super slow service. Ordered a chicken strip dinner and when it finally arrived it was missing the toast, onion ring, and gravy. Come to find out they we’re out of all these items but still took my order without letting me know this information and expected me to pay full price without substitutions.

Ordered 2 drinks. Both Coke with vanilla waited 10 minutes for it to arrive and they gave me coke with something that definitely wasn’t vanilla. 3rd time giving this place a chance and they constantly mess up my order.

Service is never good here. Staff is unpolite even though you wait over 25 minutes to recieve ur order. I have been waiting over 10 minutes for someone to take my order and there is absolutely no one trying to help. There are staff inside sitting down and playing around so I'm just going to leave and go to the Mc Donald's down the street. ?♀️ this is not the first or second bad experience at this location and I definitely won't come back

This location is terrible. They made us wait 40 minutes for two teas and two ice creams. They could not make the ice cream because the machine was down and they didn't bother to tell us. The refunded the incorrect price then mocked us when we asked for the correct refund. The place was dirty and thy never thy have terrible customer service.

Yesterday me and my friend went to get some food after having a bad day , and the girl on the speaker was being so rude we asked her for flavors of a slushy and she was like just read it it's on the board the whole time she gave us an attitude. And it's just not that we waited so long just to get the wrong order i Also got a lemonade and it was so sour , the ppl working there look so dirty they have really bad higiene and they don't even apologize for there friend having a bad attitude

Worst sonic I've been too, waited 20 minutes to get our food, there was only one other car there. And when we finally got our food is was all wrong. So hit the button and waited another 20 minutes for a response. Told then we were missing fries, gravy and some condiments. Waited a few more minutes for that to be out. And the person only brought out mustard. So we were still missing most of our order. Very bad experience.

I’ve had bad experiences at this location. However, there is an employee that works here who has dreadlocks that is the absolute best. He’s always working hard and is super personable. Just wanted to give him a shout-out.

Slowest service ever. I literally just ordered chilli cheese tots and I waited forever, when they were finally coming the girl who had them decided to walk around and ask every car but mine if it was their order and talk to some guy walking by. By the time I got them they were cold.And I also really hate the fact they open at 10 when this is the most convenient location for me to get breakfast. Definitely recommend the Sonic at Randol Mill, great service
