ALL Sonics have lost their way. Nothing like any of them used to be in the 90s early 2000s. They changed the buns for burgers, the meat for the burgers, the fries and host of other things that really made them unique in their brand. I gave them a try after a long break(years) I'm hopes things may have changed for the better but sadly things have gotten worse. Whoever is in the CEOs kitchen making the decisions on the taste and quality of their products used in the food needs to be moved to the janitorial department. I never thought I would say that a McDonald's quarter pounder is so much better than the "famous" Sonic drive in. The only thing left worth ordering at any Sonic is the coneys, tots and the onion rings. Drinks have always been good depending on the water quality of whatever city they're in except the Tea, it's always rancid. As an owner of taco shops I think I would know a thing or two about freshness of ingredients as 99% of customers can taste fresh ingredients and can easily discern a difference in taste from clean fresh food to a cheaper weeks old product full of preservatives and unpronounceable ingredients that weigh you down and don't give sustenance to the body. My profit margin is less but I still make more money as everyone comes back knowing I can stand behind my product. Sonics brand is surely getting destroyed by their profit model of mediocre cheap food at a quality foods price that doesn't represent what we the public think of when we remember the Sonic from the 90s. Get to work Sonic, make your food great again. Or more franchise closings will be in store for the future.

I made several stops to this location in a time frame of 4ish months to Sonic expecting a quick bite. I forget that what I’ve got 90% of the time is a 15-20 minute wait for my food. Yes, you read that right - 15-20 minutes at a FAST FOOD restaurant!
This location fells short on the “fast food” promise. The wait is frustrating, and the lack of communication from the staff makes it worse.
I'd love to see this locación improve their time and communication with customers.
Food has been great all the time and it’s a clean and nice location it truly has great potential hope they see that on time.

Came to Sonic for two drinks and waited 20 minutes. She said it was because she had trouble changing out Dr. Pepper. At least let us know! We almost left but we pushed button to get update on order.

When you're giving change, don't say "do you want the coins too?". I realize this is your classless attempt to collect a tip, but just return all the change and let the customer decide if your walk to their car was worth a tip.
