I only ordered a shake, but it took almost 30 minutes for me to get it. The kiosk I ordered from was broken as well. It would not let me press on any of the options on screen. I understand there were other customers, but my order wasn’t complex. I essentially ordered ice cream in a cup. That takes a minute to make maybe 2 or 3 minutes at most. The guy who brought me my shake was a pretty cool guy though. I just thought it was a little ridiculous to have me wait that long for...

Good customer service is rare so I have to make a review!! Today I had one of the most pleasant customer services experiences I’ve had in a long time. Ms. Iesha was so pleasant she’s truly a breath of fresh air for this location!

I hate they took away alot of the stalls for mobile orders. Also it took over 5 mins for them to answer the red button. I'm not sure what was the issue. But it just a drink it almost took 20 mins to get.
