Without the order taker asking or me asking they automatically upsized my breakfast drink. I did not ask for the large. Thsts you’re way of upping everyone’s total It up’d by a dollar So a dollar for every order a day that’s a spills couple hundred dollars STOLEN A DAY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS WE DONT APPRECIATE THAT ONE BIT I pressed the button and told her and she acknowledged what she did apologize. It’s now been 5 minutes since the screen said Denise was headed my way. No Denise yet. Get your act together. Brought the bag asked for ketchup she said it was in the bag that was a lie girl go get me some and quit lying. Brought it out handed two to me and walked away. No thank You nothing. And becaue of that I kept the$5! Bill I planned on handing to her.

ORDERED THROUGH DOORDASH. This sonic is HORRIBLE. ORDERED A TRIPLE SMASH BURGER AND THEY GAVE ME BROKEN UP BURGER PATTIES. ITS WAS SMASHED ALRIGHT, SIDE WAYS IN A SMASHED BURGER BOX. HALF WAY FILLED DRINK. Dead wrong.no reciept. No safety seals on the drink or bag

My food was cold and they just threw everything together my mozzarella sticks where very cold the cheese was not melted at all service was bad no wonder all the sonics are getting close down yall hire people who don't care. The manager was extremely rude and condescending because we ordered two #2's and the second one came wrong so I asked for a new one and the person who came to take it back was respectful about it but when he got the manager she looked annoyed at the fact that we asked her to come out to see because when they brought it the second time it was a #1 not a #2 and barely any mayo and the cheese wasn't even melted like she just added it and re-wrapped it in new paper which was very upsetting to say the least, just a lot of unnecessary attitude and I was nice about the whole situation even though I was flustered and her is Carley Trevino to be specific.

Sitting here waiting on my food with my grandchildren, the carhop is walking out delivering orders to other cars. My grandson tells me "Look grandma, his pants are falling down" Why in the world is this place letting them wear drooping pants down to their knees with their underwear showing? That is very disrespectful!!! What ever happened to dress codes?

Im gonna start with saying im changing my 5 star review to 1 after tonight Went here 19 June 22:41 waited 45 mins f9r my food just 2 burgers and they didn't give me my card back had to go up to the window to ask for it and then they take another 10 mins just to bring me the wrong drink and the wrong size with an attitude never go here terrible ugly service how disappointing would give 0 stars if I could
