Very disappointing and discriminatory experience

I went to Sonic and had a very unpleasant experience. When I tried to order, the employee refused to assist me just because I don’t speak perfect English. They completely ignored me and served other people who arrived after me.

I felt discriminated against and treated unfairly. I live here, I pay like any other customer, and I deserve respect. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and honestly felt racist.

I was only trying to order food. I truly hope Sonic trains their staff better so they can treat all customers with respect, regardless of the language they speak. Very bad experience.

I always have bad service, they serve me in a very bad way, (I also work as a cashier in a restaurant I know how to treat a customer who is always friendly and helping with the menu), this is the second time they treat me like this, the cold food and they take a long time.

Burger was not fixed way I ordered. Meat was burnt.. asked for mustard got heavy mayo.. fries were so salty I could not eat them. I won't eat there again.

It up’d by a dollar So a dollar for every order a day that’s a spills couple hundred dollars STOLEN A DAY FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS WE DONT APPRECIATE THAT ONE BIT I pressed the button and told her and she acknowledged what she did apologize. It’s now been 5 minutes since the screen said Denise was headed my way. No Denise yet. Get your act together. Brought the bag asked for ketchup she said it was in the bag that was a lie girl go get me some and quit lying. Brought it out handed two to me and walked away. No thank
You nothing. And becaue of that I kept the$5! Bill I planned on handing to her.

ORDERED THROUGH DOORDASH. This sonic is HORRIBLE. ORDERED A TRIPLE SMASH BURGER AND THEY GAVE ME BROKEN UP BURGER PATTIES. ITS WAS SMASHED ALRIGHT, SIDE WAYS IN A SMASHED BURGER BOX. HALF WAY FILLED DRINK. Dead wrong.no reciept. No safety seals on the drink or bag

The manager was extremely rude and condescending because we ordered two #2's and the second one came wrong so I asked for a new one and the person who came to take it back was respectful about it but when he got the manager she looked annoyed at the fact that we asked her to come out to see because when they brought it the second time it was a #1 not a #2 and barely any mayo and the cheese wasn't even melted like she just added it and re-wrapped it in new paper which was very upsetting to say the least, just a lot of unnecessary attitude and I was nice about the whole situation even though I was flustered and her is Carley Trevino to be specific.

Sitting here waiting on my food with my grandchildren, the carhop is walking out delivering orders to other cars. My grandson tells me "Look grandma, his pants are falling down"
Why in the world is this place letting them wear drooping pants down to their knees with their underwear showing? That is very disrespectful!!!
What ever happened to dress codes?
