I just ordered an Oreo cheesecake shake and the cheesecake in the shake is old. The shake taste spoiled and sour. Very unsafe and disgusting

Hey, I thought the footlong was pretty good. I got it with the BOGO free promo on the app. It's only Tuesday and Thursday. The place is always consistent and fast. They cook the food well but at the end of the day it is fast food.

The staff had to come out to take my order. Gave her my order, a regular chilli cheese coney meal with tater tots and a medium lemonade/grape drink with extra grape. I get the meal and it had a foot long cheese coney, the tater tots were colds and drink was not very good. Main problem is getting a foot long instead of a regular after repeating order. Food should not be cold after a 7 minute drive home. Disappointed!

Sitting here waiting for literally just a coke and a sprite. No added flavors. Nothing special. I placed my order online over 17 minutes ago. I wish I could say this was a one off for this location. But I have sat here waiting for an order at this location for so long that I simply had to leave without my order I paid for.

Close your doors already, y’all are awful. Chicken strips were burnt hard, took forever to get and they left the tots out. Glad I checked before driving away. Dude working at night is terrible. Where is corporate or anyone who cares? This location is dirty too

Niah and Ayesha has fast, accurate and great customer service. They also was patient with me as well. It was hot and the sun was beaming on the screen making it hard for me to see, Niah calmly walked out with the card reader to assist. The staff has great customer service.

Yes this store has gone downhill since I moved from lamar Blvd.
Give recommendations, get the opposite back. I don't recommend go eat here. & make sure the ice cream not spoiled.
Make sure The staff washing hands.
Make sure the staff are responsible and respectful.
