What's crazy is the customer service is awesome, the people that are working there are very sweet funny and nice. But the last two times I've been there the food was old and it had a real funny smell like the oil needed filtered out or something. Not cool 😞

This place has gone downhill
Ordered a sonic burger with no cheese, no lettuce, no tomato, extra onions, it took them the better part of 5 mins to take that order, like I was speaking gibberish or something.They must have never had a customer want to customize thier burger. A lady approaches me with another customers order seconds later and hands it through my window. I told her this is not mine. I get home with my burger, no onions on it.
Insane. Wont be back to this dump.

Came here last night. This location sucks so bad. Sonic are usually slow but this is probably the slowest one. Not to mention the food is worse than the service and that’s pretty hard to do. Don’t waste your time coming here.

I stopped by 8-ish in the morning, ordered a sausage burrito, tots and one drink. No other cars behind me in drive thru, took about 15 minutes for my order to come out. Sausage burrito had nothing but egg and cheese and about 3 small pieces of sausage. Tots had salt on them, since when do they add salt? Disappointed at the food and service this time.

I LITERALLY WENT @7 PM I HAD MY BOYFRIEND GO TO ORDER 2 SAUSAGE 2 EGGS AND FRENCH TOAST OF COURSE SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT SO I TOLD MY BF NO WORRIES I WILL GO BACK I WORK FROM HOME SO I TOOK A LUNCH BREAK TAKES ME 10 MINS TO GET THERE SO MIND YOU IT TOOK 10 MINS.FOR MY BF TO BRING THEM 10 MINS TO DRIVE BACK SO I ASKED IF THEY COULD REMAKE THEM JOHNNY THE MANAGER COMES PUSHING THE DOOR OPEN EXTRA HARD I AM SO UPSET IT IS TOOOOO MUCH MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT HE REMADE IT BUT JUST LOOK AT THE ? Placed an online order and got a strawberry cheesecake milkshake and it tasted like someone gave it a salt bath. I hit the call button to tell them and I get a whole speech about how it was made properly with a nasty ass attitude. I bypassed a Sonic right next door to me to come to this one because I thought it was better. The last three times I’ve been here the food has been trash and I’ve been trying to give them a chance to redeem themselves and it happens when all the African Americans are working. Attitudes are so nasty and the food is as well when they’re on shift. I also want you to know if you’re reading this that I didn’t drink the shake because I don’t trust the remake since your attitude was so nasty. It went straight in the trash. They’ve dug the last hole and I’ll never spend another cent here! UPDATE!!! I get home and they made both of my sandwiches the same and they were both customized differently!!! ? Fries salty as well. Damn shame!!! When the Hispanics are working the food is always fresh and hot and served with exceptional customer service.

Ordered chili cheese tots.. asked for fresh tots. Got fresh tots but literally no cheese and a drizzle of chili.. oan the amount of tots is equivalent to a medium. They just spread it out to cover the bottom.. just sad how far these businesses will go to cut you.. if I pay full price I want the full meal.. plus I tipped..

The service was HORRIBLE!! THE WAITRESS DID NOT CORRECTLY TAKE MY ORDER, LEFT ME ON HOLD FOR 35 MINS, AND DOD NOT RESPOND TO ME.

First time going there, went to Drive-thru. No lines, but waited to order. Took around 15 minutes for the order come out only to realize I'm missing an item once home. Not a good experience considering there were no other cars waiting in the drive-thru. Id avoid this location
Friendly service provided during and after having the order placed. Make sure that the extra add-ons that you paid for are in the blast before driving off.
