I went to the drive-through and they were rude to me. The lady seemed like she was in a rush to hurry up and get me out of there and then when I got my order, nothing was right my burgers I ordered fries and got tots and even got the wrong size never going back there again.

The worst Sonic I've ever been to the customer service is horrible they don't listen to your order and they just bring out whatever they feel you will like never returning to this location again the girl who brought my food to my car she was very disrespectful. I got home just now and had to put my food in the in the microwave and I only live 2 minutes from this Sonic food was cold

The location on Green Oaks is trash. Slow service, sometimes they don’t even take your orders when go thru the drive-thru. And there’s oftentimes only 1 person staffed. I have the slowest of good luck when I order through the app, pull into a stall and check in. You’ll be waiting around 30 minutes at most. But its better then driving and waiting around 45 minutes for your food to come out.

I always come here for doordash orders and I don’t understand yet but I think they only have one person working here. This is unfair for everyone and the employee. Don’t recommend at all if you want your food right away.Update: Nevermind there’s two people working but at the pace of one.

Management is terrible. Spilled a shake at drive thru. Served by store manager. Instead of offering napkins, she stood there and stared. Asked her for napkins and her words "I ain't getting you anything until you pay for your drink!" Highly recommend a different store. Save yourself headache and avoid this store. Service is awful. It is unacceptable. Contacted sonic corporate and they Said franchise owner would contact but no contact or effort to resolve issue.

I ordered from hotel I thought that they delivered when I called them to confirm address they said they don't deliver but the guy said he would for no charge it was my fault but he had my food in 6 min and I had supper I'm from out of town I really appreciate the hospitality from that sonic and will be stopping in next week to thank them all thanks again for going out of your way

Placed an order online and paid, came to pick it up, and they closed an hour early leaving us here. Awful experience. Please do better and don’t waste peoples money.

The car hop was wonderful, but whoever put the burger together is terrible. The bun was hard and dry. The meat was old and dry, like it had been sitting there all day. There was hardly any lettuce, and they used the hard white chunks. There were no pickles at all. I ordered 2, and they were identical in awfulness. The only good thing was the milkshake. Never have I ever had such a bad burger in my life. There is no sense in trying to return it because I wouldn't trust the "cook" to make it right the second time. Just awful.

every time I come to this sonic they can't get my order right I get the same thing every time and they there is always something wrong with my order. idk if the management is to blame or the staff but Jesus get it together.

I was unsure when I pulled into this Sonic. I have tried and failed here before. I mean I have pulled into the drive thru, ordered, waited about 20 minutes for food and left without my order. I was optimistic this time and unfortunately it was a success. I wanted tarot tots so I ordered a cherry limeade to wash them down. Typically, tator toys have a texture all the way through. It's like little grated potatoes bits crafted into a cute little cube, deep fried and served hot, right? I will describe what I received as a lukewarm, deep fried , mashed potato ball. My cherry limeade was also "meh". Normally , the sprite would be crisp and "bite" back. None of that. I don't taste any of the lime aid flavors either. It tastes like a cherry sprite. That's it.

The place is depressing! The lack of care in providing great customer service seems to be a theme at this location. I was in the area a decided to stop here, however, I will never make that mistake again.
